CD #10 - Rated 6.5 - I can't decide if Holly and Harley getting powers from Greek Gods is dumb or not. Anyways, Mary frees the gods and gets her regualr Shazam powers back. The goddess of humor grants Harley powers, and the goddess of the hunt grants Holly powers. Granny Goodness is kileld by the God Assassin. And at the end Brother Eye merges w/ Apokolips. Uh oh!

BoP #115 - Rated 8 - So Misfit is jealous that Black Alice gets to be a Bird. They have a slap fight and BA steals her powers! So Misfit is magical. I bet she teleported those explosion victims somewhere accidently. Meanwhile, Zinda is captured and brainwashed by King Shark. Huntress is there too. Good stuff.

Batman/Outsiders #4 - Rated 6- Ehhh... Er.. Why is GA so ticked at her? And they fight? Reeked of a cliche. The team tries to stop some rockets. Bad stuff happens blah blah. Only BG and GA keep me here.

Wonder Girl #6 - Rated 6 - The ending seemed really lacking for some reason. And whats with Aris moving in at the end? Eh.

I haven't read this issue yet, but I'm not too excited to either.

Who do you mean by BG and GA? Batgirl and...? I didn't think Green Arrow was in this book.

Checkmate was a pretty good read as usual.
I think I'm going to drop outsiders at the end of the arc.
JLA just isn't doing it for me, might drop that title too
Shadowpact is now without a leader. Teaser for the next issues says that the Shadowpact falls, to be replaced by a new Shadowpact. I'm intrigued.

I'm a fan of Nightwing, but I can't decide if I'm looking forward to Titans Together or not. The preveiw didn't show much but Starfire showing all.

This may ruin your day, but Shadowpact is ending in May and Checkmate is being taken over by Bruce Jones (a fate worse than cancellation). Looks like your title pool is dwindling even more.

Where is this Titans Together preview at? (is it an issue, or inside another issue, or online, or what?) I'm interested in seeing these characters together again, but if it's no good I'll skip it.

In the back of Batman and the Outsiders, Checkmate, and others that I don't know about. I think it is the first few pages of the first issue.

Checkmate 23 was great! - Pawn 502 contacts HQ letting them know his cover is blown, they also get a glimpse of what Kobra is planning, they try to Deputize Supes but he says no, so they ask him to save their Pawn, how noble! Supes rescues the Pawn but they were to late, and Kobra plans to turn 8,000,000 people into super snakes yoiks!

Batman and the Outsiders #4- I'm confused, so is this company seeding the Salvation Run planet or was it Darkseid, at any rate who were those two people that confronted Bruce and asked to help him? After tustling with Batgirl Ollie relunctantly accepts Cassandra as a team member, kinda of a keep your friend close and your enemies closer kinda thing I guess. Hmm Ollie doesn't need to be on this team, the editorial snafu from GA&BC will happen quit a bit. As far as I was concerned Ollie gave up being GA for good, but only wants to get his son back.

Brave and the Bold #10 - Good stuff nothing too terribly exciting good writing great art, next ish should be good though U-Man & S-Man riiiiight!

The Death of thr New Gods #6 - Orion dies in battle, Himon apparently destroys New Genesis and then attacks Scott and Superman.

Countdown to Crisis #10 - Mary gets her "good" Marvel powers back because she helps free the Gods imprisioned by Granny. Harley and Holly get granted powers by Thalia and Diana respectively, the three chase down Granny but the New Gods assassin gets to her first. Red Robin attempts to save Val's life but he;'s determined to save Una, Jason gives up on him and the Una/OMAC kills Val. Desaad attempts to corrupt Piper but is stopped by Brother I completely absorbing Apokolips.

I'm trying to get the New Outsiders but I want to know first if I have to get first the Outsiders 1 of a kind and others numbers from the past collection.

It was that good? (Outsiders between Infinity Crisis and the new Batman and the Outsiders collection).

Batman and The Outsiders sort of stands on its own. Although the Five-of-a-Kind specials showed him choosing his team, the story from B&tO isn't a continuation of anything that came before, although one of the side stories is.

Im curious what Harley Quinns powers will be...Im just picturing a cross between Marvel's Slapstick and Jessica Rabbit.

The UMAC doesn't kill Val. It captures him with the intent of disecting him to find out why it couldn't turn him into an OMAC.

Actually, Gail didn't write her in the Helmet of Fate Special either... or Day of Vengence for that matter.

She is a great character though. I had to make her a pog after reading the issue today. I may do Misfit tomorrow. It's in my sig line and on my Realms gallery, BTW.

I could have sworn she wrote the helmut of fate 1 shot.

ARGH! Shadowpact ending in May? But it's my favourite book!


Looks like I'll be reduced to just JSA in a few months - Shadowpact, Suicide Squad, Scud and Salvation Run will all be wrapping up.
