Willpower+HSS (well, the special version that gives you the only HSS option anyone cares about)+wildcard+good keywords. Awesome in sealed, and is going to be strong in constructed as well.
Gave it the ol' I-Don't-Read-the-comic-enough-to-rate 3 for comic accuracy.
Insanely efficient figure for constructed or draft play. Great powers, highly reasonable cost, very strong keywords. That's really all there is to it; she's just plain sick. Sculpt is good to a point; the body is great (yowza) but dear lord, what happened to her face? Her face looks like a man and she's another chin tumor piece, joining the likes of AV Ult Captain America, Alan Scott and others. Talk about a Butter Face...

Dawnstar is the "diamond in the rough" of the Crisis set. Her SP's are great, especially her "Quarry" SP. She's well worth her 60 points and her LoSH TA doesn't hurt her either.
Great piece to use with Rip Hunter, keep her about four or five squares from the action, adjacent to Rip, have her pop out from his anti-Outwit protection to attack with the HSS. Then have her return to Rip's umbrella. As said by others, the keywords are great, but, the Legion wildcard is the icing on the cake.
good on her own and insane in multiples... no matter how unthematic that is, it works... yeah. plus, i have to give plus points for her sculpt being actually proportional and halfway decent looking for all the butt ugly female figures we've gotten recently.
Let me start by saying that Dawnstar is clearly 5s in most areas, the one area that I question is comic accuracy. A high-speed flier and a tracker it's hard to say if Dawny really qualifies for willpower or the quarry special power.
That aside, I was thrilled to see the figure, a favorite of mine, made. And made so relevant to the game as well. For 60 points Dawnstar is pretty much a figure with all pluses. Essentially in one turn she can: a) attack a foe and move away from him if she needs, b) carry another figure, c) add +1 attack to all friendly figures attacking that foe and d) wildcard to any friendly ta on the field. This isn't even considering use of feats!
Dawnstar's defense is pretty low so she's easier to hit than we'd like but her movement should help her avoid that a bit. And if she's koed, she was only 60 points to begin with! Very, very versatile figure here.
