1. Hypertime can be copied by wildcards, right...?
2. Is Batman's Out of the Shadows affected by Hypertime? That is, if Bats uses OOS to be placed in a square adjacent to the Hypertime character, does Bats have to make the succesful Hypertime roll? A literal reading of the power and Hypertime would say no... as Hypertime talks about a character attempting "to move," and the OOS power just says "...you may place Batman," not that he is MOVING. And we all know that Bats doesn't have to roll to break away with the power...

Just want to make sure on this one.
You are correct. He is not moving there. He is being placed, so no roll is needed.
attempts to move from a square that is not adjacent to the Hypertime team member to a square adjacent to the Hypertime team member, roll one d6 before moving the opposing character, even if it ignores the effects of characters on movement. On a result of 1 or 2, the opposing character can’t move to any square adjacent to the Hypertime team member that turn. Characters with this team symbol and characters suffering knock back ignore this team ability
Keep in mind that with the new wording in LoSH Wildcards can't copy the TA to ignore it while moving adjacent to an enemy Hypertime/KC figure. Because that part requires the Team Symbol, not the team ability.
More Hypertime questions - why did Changeling and Mad Hatter stink so much?
The same reason Superman sucked.... they didn't know what they were doing yet.

Again, they didn't know what they were doing yet.... but it was the closest they could get (for comic-accuracy) with the powers available. "Lesser of two evils", really... they wanted the popularity of the figure and had limited powers.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
