Pretty good figure, cheap enhancement and penetrating damage!

I'm liking the built in armor piercing for the EE (especially with running shot) a LOT. Throw some enhancement into the mix and this is one solid figure in the rolls of support piece, secondary attacker and harasser. It's easy to look over the fact that he doesn't even have to use EE, he can just running shot for 2 penetrating damage with a regular ranged attack also.

This figure is fragile, but at only 50 points it shouldn't be a devastating blow if your opponent should choose to single the guy out for a quick takedown. Also worth noting: with his EE, follow that up with enhancing a big range attack from whoever's adjacent to him and this could be a majorly nasty combination if they're in close proximity to a shield disruptor.

Can't comment on the sculpt as no pic is loaded and it's not released yet, so it gets a neutral '3'.

Unwieldy name. I was looking at the 'Qwa-BOlts' name and thinking I'd call this figure 'QB' for short, but as there isn't any other football related stuff going on I'm thinking I'll call him Q-bert.

50 points with Energy Explosion and Built in Armor Piercing! It should be one of the reasons for getting the Anti-Monitor Pack! Plus it packs the solier Keyword as well.

This unit is great! Really captures the comic-boom aspect of the character, and very good strategically. Plus, they get better in groups!

Well done design... his SP gives him amazing versatility of either an effective Psy Blast at 6 range, EE with piercing at 6 range, or regular EE or 2 damage at 8 range. That's 4 lovely options to choose from, and they all work with Running Shot! He's a great addition to a ranged team, especially with Enhancement... a flock of these could be a serious menace.

His SP doesn't work with Running Shot. Running Shot requires a power action, Qwa-Bolts takes a ranged combat action. Running Shot gifts you with a free ranged combat attack, not an action. Sorry, chums. He's still really good, though.

Love these guys, screams for recharge though.
