When you use the Duo ability, it grants you 2 attacks. Are there ANY powers at all that work with that, or are all the threads popping up asking specific cases just a waste of time to the simple answer of "Duo is like an Expert power: completely incompatible"?

So far as I know Super Strength and Steal Energy are the only two...which is just super

Saklas is correct, Super Strength (close combat only, you can't throw an object as part of a Duo Attack) and Steal Energy are the only powers compatible with the Duo Attack.

It doesn't. Blades/Claws/Fangs recquires a close combat action to activate, and the Duo Attack ability is a power action.

The easy way I remember it is that it's just like HSS as far as which powers can be used... they both allow for ranged or close combat attacks. It's just SStr and SE.

Can I Duo attack to get two Vault moves, or would it be only 1?

Vault takes place after the action is resolved, so no.

You could, however, get two Manuvers, as that takes place after the attack is resolved.

Combined with sidestep, you could really screw up the opponent's positioning.

Sidestep is realy good with duo figures.

Can you attack multiple targets with your duo attack? Say Worlds Finest attacks one figure for four damage then another for 3 damage. Or does it only attack one figure per duo attack?

You may target a seperate person with each attack...

But for ranged attacks each attack can only target one person...regardless of arrows...

Give the character a power action to make a duo attack. It makes two separate attacks against opposing characters as free actions (making two separate attack rolls). These attacks may be close combat attacks, or ranged combat attacks with a single target. Resolve the first attack before making the second; the character’s damage value is modified by –1 for the second attack, to a minimum damage value of 1. If the character is KOd as a result of the first attack in a duo attack, the second attack is not made.

The 1st bolded part shows that the attacks may be against different figs. The 2nd (and confusing to many) bolded part explains that if you use a ranged attack for either of the attacks, then that ranged attack can only target 1 figure even if the Duo has or .
