Armor Piercing vs Life Model Decoy... who wins?

If I were to put the feat "Life Model Decoy" on a character, would it prevent armor piercing from working against me... both with normal attacks and with poison?

nope... LMD will reduce poison and normal attacks, and AP will not allow damage to be reduced below 1...
