Is the mystics team ability now reducible? Sorry to be so straight forward with a lame question, but the LOSH powers card doesn't say anything about it being penetrating or anything.

Thats because Mystics clearly states that the attacker "takes" one damage. If the attacker was "dealt" one damage, then it would be subject to damage reducers before the attacker "takes" it. Mystics damage skips that entire step and goes straight to "take this damage" without bothering to check for damage reducers.
