Rather than discuss the ‘big summer crossover event’ piecemeal as various crossover issues come out, here’s one thread to discuss the whole shebang.
Spoiler Note:
This thread assumes you have read the current related issues and are willing to discuss items without considering things already printed as spoilers.

So, I read the new Might Avengers issue that came out 4/23, where the avengers don’t actually show up.
But it’s all about Nick Fury just after he went underground, and he realizes before anyone else that there’s a Skrull Invation.
The last page has him going over a huge wall of headshots with different circles around various characters.
There’s red circles around Wolverine (more or less a confirmed Skrull impostor), Sentry and Dr. Stranger.
So, Doc Strange being a Skrull would explain a lot of things. In New Avengers, his abilities seemed weaker than they should have been. He stayed out of the Civil War. And the spell he case on the NA to reveal their “true inner hero” showed none of them to be skrulls. So if he’s really a Skrull mystic, that would explain a lot.
But, and here’s my real problem, Sentry.
If the Skrulls could make an impostor hero as powerful as Sentry, and succeed in replacing him (presumably keeping the original imprisoned), then why not just make an army of Sentry powered super skrulls and take over the planet? Seriously, they can make a replacant as strong as that, they’re pretty much set.
The other characters circled in Blue are more questionable. Spiderman and Daredevil have both had hugely personal arcs over the past year. To come back and say they’re skrulls would fly in the face of more than just ‘One More Day.’ (Plus, one would think that Mephisto of all people could figure out if Spidey was a skrull or not.)
Curious to see where this goes, and how they explain some of the replacements. Like Wolverine is in 17 different books, you’d think somebody would notice.
is a skrull. This would at least validate the off kilter, completly out of nature behavior he's shown on a consistant basis in that title. Heck, that might even make it a pretty awesome title. Especially when the Skrull Kill Krew shows up and all hell breaks loose!
Oh, also, Hulkling and Stature are circled, but I don't remember what colors.
We already knew Hulkling was (at least part) Skrull anyway. So is this implying that the original was replaced, or that he's been an infiltrator all along?
As for Stature, I really don't care if she's a skrull or not.

And if the US could have replicated the Super-Soldier serum to create an army of Captain Americas, we could have ended WW2 in days!

I think this was before the reveal that Hulkling was a skrull. Hulkling was circled with red and Stature Blue. I think he circle him because he know he is a big part of the problem as he is Heir to the throne and supposedly this is a religious war.

Will this wind being a Kree/Skrull thing at the end. I don't know.

Hmm. Maybe you're onto something there. Could Sentry be a mega-improved Super-Duper War Skrull with false memory implants? And like Captain America, he's the only one because the guy who created him died before others could be made?
Nah, Bendis wouldn't do something like that... would he?
The only thing I would have a problem with would be Dr. Stange being a Skrull.
Magic is not an ability you have, it is, in the case of Stephen Strange, something you have to dedicate yourself to and learn!
Now its not impossible that a Skrull could learn magic, but I don't think in this case it would make sense.

That's exactly what I was thinking. That led me to think that those circles don't represent people who are Skrulls but rather characters who definitely aren't Skrulls.
Another likely possibility is that the picture isn't as carefully organized as we're assuming. The only evidence I have for that is the fact that there are two Wiccan pictures. Unless one is constantly getting in Nick Fury's blind spot

Or maybe the rumors are true and there are TWO Nick Fury's?!?
Maybe what is being circled is the characters that may provide a possibly BETTER attempt at taking over the world should they successfully capture them and replace them.
In the end I just want to see Nick Fury (the real one) come out on top and be the hero of the year!!

I think Sentry as a Skrull makes an intriguing amount of sense.
For one, we know very little that Sentry has actually done, that can be proven on the page of a present time it's happening right now story. Most of his "history" was retconned in. It's awfully convenient that nobody remembers who he was until very recently, presumably well after the "invasion" started.
Also convenient is that the world's "most powerful hero" does nothing. Ever. Nearly ever, at the least. The Skrulls make their ultra skrull, maybe a one of a kind creation (like the Super Skrull originally was), and set him up as the world's best super hero. The one everyone looks to to save them in a crisis..except he doesn't, because he's insane.
That's awfully convenient too. He's supposedly the strongest super, yet he actually contributes very little to defending humanity. He does just enough (fighting Hulk, for example...after giving Hulk lots of time in which to kill people if he'd wanted to) to keep people believing in and maybe even relying on him.
And when the Invasion becomes public, and everyone turns to our strongest super to help us, he's on the other side. I posit that perhaps there was no original Sentry; all the hidden "memories" of his actions are just falsehoods put in place by a Skrull taking on mental powers, perhaps himself.

I think the idea that they made a super duper soldier but can't make any more is more "convenient" than anything you listed.

Not only would that completely cheapen a really great story (the original Sentry mini-series), I think you're also ignoring some of the earlier issues of Mighty Avengers. In particular, the one where Sentry captured Dr. Doom almost singlehandedly.
Since Civil War, Sentry has been pretty active with in Mighty Avengers fighting Ultron, the symbiotes, and Dr. Doom in addition to his role in World War Hulk. If Sentry were revealed to be a Skrull, AZS's point of using an army of Skrulls with that power level still stands. The original mini-series would also be spoiled, though that's a lesser point as Marvel doesn't seem to care about mucking around with its past right now and I wouldn't put it past them to retcon a retcon.
