Written differently than Stealth, it does not say lines of fire are blocked. Does that allow lines to pass through Sue's base to figs behind her?
No; her power only affects characters trying to draw lines of fire *to* her, not to other characters. Thus, Sue affects lines of fire drawn to other characters as normal. So, yes, characters can hide behind Invisible Woman.
A little information about Invisible Woman - shes goes invisible not intangible (Like Shadowcat), so if targeting someone behind her and through her, you could hit Invisible Woman rather than the target behind her.
This is a good topic to discuss, I would probably agree, though for this ruling, we definitely have to ask the Heroclix Arbitrator just to be sure.
If you are trying to target the Invisible Woman from 7 squares away, then her special power prevents that.
If you are trying to target Mister Fantastic from 8 squares away, and the Invisible Woman occupies a square between your character and Mister Fantastic, what part of the special power makes you think that the Invisible Woman is ignored? That you disregard her base when drawing that LoF?
We really don't need a ruling from the RA to make sure.
As he himself has said, there are a number of knowledgeable judges (and even players) that are happy to answer questions.
I think a portion of that base has already weighed in here.

Echo that. There is really no need for clarification. Figure bases block line of fire, pure and simple. Nothing in Invisible Woman's description says she does not block line of fire through her square, so her base works just like any other in the game.
