It's in the constructs, on the card. Blah blah, no powers can break from this.
The only power that AM has for breaking is Phasing, which doesn't work vs constructs. And no where does it say Colossal's get to automatically break from adjacency.
edit: Although, I don't know if the feat is still available for tournament play though.
ok so the colossal rules that state that they ignore blocking terrain on movement...does this come into play at all when putting a barrier of any kind base to base w/ a colossal? (ie: can they just step past them)
Also Trigon's dopplegangers state that you "must break away" from them, so same question. Can colossal's more or less ignore the dopplegangers for movement or what?
havent been this confused bout this game in a while.
Thanks for the help..
by the way we dont "retire" anything in the house we play, it's all friendly play w/ any and all figs we have ...never been to a tourney b4, but thanks.
Peace

Colossal's aren't effected by outdoor blocking terrian, on movement. They are very much effected by indoor.
Barrier's block Colossal's line of sight, no matter what. (assuming you actually put them in their way).
No, dopple's are in the same category as the constructs. BUT, they do not block LoF, nor do they hinder in anyway. You just have to break from them. You can see through them, stand on top of them. Anything you want, you just have to break.
ok, this is definately much clearer, but i think you just proved my friend right. We play on a huge 3d board so most everything is outdoors, thus the anti-monitor can just step past any type of barriers. thats a shame.
Thats definately what i was thinking with the dopple's though.
thanks again
Barrier's put up by characters can't just be walked over. Just outdoor blocking terrain, and even if he can walk over outdoor doesn't mean it doesn't block him for LoF purposes.

Wrong. Barriers are blocking terrain, and follow all the normal rules for blocking terrain.
Outdoor Barriers can be walked over just like Outdoor blocking terrain, as long as you have Leap/Climb, Flight, or some other ability that lets you ignore outdoor blocking terrain for movement purposes. Unless you have a rule quote that says something else?
Sure don't, it just never occured to me that the power would be considered outdoor blocking. I just figured it was straight up blocking indoor or outdoor didn't matter.
It's my fault for assuming the power is better than normal blocking! hehe my bad :/

thanks quebbster and retro, so if colossals ignore outdoor blocking terrain do they still have to break away from a construct, since it's a special power like the dopple's? sorry for the noobness guys, i appreciate your help.
