Can you prob control an outsmart roll? I know you can't affect your own roll on it, but can you make the opposing person re roll?
Prob allows you to reroll your dice in your turn (IE your attack roll, BCF, Endurance, Support, Breakaway, Leadership rolls, etc...) and your oponents rolls in theirs (IE same as above). Since Outsmart is your oponent's roll in your turn or your roll in theirs, it can't be PC'd. Same goes for Super Senses, Shapechange, Skrull and Impervious rolls.

outsmart says you both roll, so what the OP Is asking is can I reroll my own outsmart roll if I try to OW an opponent with outsmart, and can I reroll my opponent's outsmart roll if he tries to OW me when I have outsmart.
i don't see why you couldn't, unless it has been expressly stated that you can't
Good point. I had forgotten that. In that case, I see no reason why you couldn't reroll your roll in your turn and force them to reroll their roll in theirs.

When a power possessed by the character or an adjacent friendly character would be countered by an opposing character's power or ability, you and the opposing character's controller each roll 2d6. If your result is more, the power is not countered instead.
The rolls are not being made by any characters, but by you and the opposing character's controller. Since no LoF could be drawn to either player (just wait, next special power revealed: X can draw LoF off the battlefield to the current players, or the players at the neighboring table ) PC can not be used for the rolls.

That was my initial thought, I'm still going to stand by it.... but I suppose the argument could be made as to which two characters are "involved" in the outwit, thus resulting in the roll off.

I think making players at the map next to me re-roll their rolls will be great fun. No point in letting PC go to waste.
