Okay let me see if I got this one right. since it says give him a power action; you must put a tokin on him after rigth? Which then also means that you can't use this power if he has 2 tokins on him rigth?

so basicilly you only want to use this to hit a high defense?

Well, it is a free +2, so I would use it on any close combat attack.

Free and free... It requires a Power Action, which means it is incompatible with most other powers (except Super Strength). If Maestro wants to use Charge, Quake or Flurry he has to pass on the +2 bonus.
But if he has nothing better to do with his actions he may as well add the +2. Every little bit helps.
