I like him. His damage with RCE is good, 8 range is good for him, and he seems like he'd be good for Stunning Blow. He just needs help in the AV dept., and to not get based.
While we wait for one with special powers, this version of Freeze does away with the Stealth thing (and it never really seemed right for him to me) and is now a straight-up 8-range shooter who can, mercifully, still deal 3 damage up close at first. His attack values are nothing impressive, and one can only assume that the Plasticity is more about getting away than keeping someone next to him (considering his RCE). I like him, but he isn't very distinct from other shooters.

OK, I've played this Freeze before and he did really well for me on my Gotham City team and I can only imagine how well he would do on a Scientist team. First off you can slow the competition down with his front to mid dial Incap, then you can start freeze ray people to death with his RCE and you get all of that for 60pts. If you have a Gotham City team, chances are you'll have plenty of people with either outwit or perplex which will help his stats that aren't that bad to begin with. Personally I think this is better then the original Mr. Freeze barring the missing Batman Enemy TA, but he's still a nice secondary attacker that is out to freeze the competition. He'd be a deadly piece to field in a 300-400pt game, and nice back up in the larger games, so I say he's better then average.
Smaug: "My wingspan will blot out the sun!"
Thorin: "Then we will fight in the shade."
With a little mastermind he would be five stars. But for 60 pts. I can see why not. One of the best sculpts in the entire game IMO. Just looking at him brings back Nightmares from playing Arkham City. Toughest boss fight in the game.
Hard to believe that this was the go to freeze for years! Now we have two incredibly great freeze options. One for damage dealing power and the other for gimmicky range shut down and fwoosh tokens. This figure is now just a waste of plastic...
