The thing that I love most about this figure is the 4 consecutive clicks of Outwit at the end of her dial. She is very plain at first, but the Outwit is nice for 40 points.
However, she has no range, and I wish that her damage was a 2 while she had Flurry w/ Outwit, but you can't have everything.
Catwoman makes superb Mastermind fodder for Batman villain teams (or Batman friend teams if you're playing one of the Batmen with Mastermind). She gets Outwit for not too many points after taking a hit, she remains usable down the whole dial, and she can still do things if she isn't being used for Mastermind.

40 points for a dial full of outwit? Yes please. Useful on Gotham teams for taking team prob tokens until she gets to outwit, then hang in the shadows.
I don't get why she has outwit... she don't deserve it.
Every time she uses her "Kitty-Kat" charisma, and makes Batman take one to the ca-hones while being distracted. See any appropriate issue with her in it - or, if you like, the 1966 TV series episodes with her in it. (I suggest the Julie Newmar versions for best examples.)
She shouldnt have outwit, but maybe a special power including her "lust" factor that she would be able to modify a combat value or maybe even use a dumbed down outwit. For example only being able to outwit people of 100pts or less.
