There's an Ares. No TA, but the Keyword makes up for it. I'm thinking this would be about.....110 points? Maybe a little more/less. any thoughts?

110? Are you serious? Thats definately a 130 or more.

i could believe 110, his low range and lack of real solid damage should make him from getting too expensive

6 range is still pretty good. 4 damage + SStrength is REALLY good. 130 points at least.

Drop the upfront 12 to an 11, the range to a four and turn the click 3 11 to a ten and I'll split the difference and call it 120

Here is my attempt at a 100pt Ares.

Yours is good though

I mean just look at the new FF Starter Thing.


He is only 100 pts

110 points is fine for the original ares posted.

-Veteran Captain America from ultimates set (a set that came out a long time ago) is about 100 points and has a 12 attack first click, and a couple of impervious clicks.

-Out of shadows batman has 2 clicks of 11 attack and an ### kicking special power, perma-stealth for 35 points less. (Note that 110 point ares has no special power)

-Junkpile from the 2099 set has an opening click with 4 damage, super strength, 2 clicks of impervious (middial) and 3 clicks of invulnerability and is less points.

-Ulik from critical mass (Note that that is an early set and power creep has brought everything to be much more powerful since then) has an opening click with charge, 11 attack, invulnerability, and close combat expert for only 123 points.

Not to mention the fantastic 4 starter thing, which is 10 points less and better than the ares presented.

I threw in some BF at the beginning, so that he can't shoot for 4 damage ever.

Now I think there is no question that your dial is 110 points.
