Okay I don't know if this has been asked before; but can us use manuver to drop someone offf of elevated terrain?second can you use manuver with Kidflash's SP? Meaning can I HSS over to you attack use manuver then FB you away then run away using the rest of mu speed?

1) No dropping someone off of elevated. You have to place the figure in an adjacent square and a change of elevation is not an adjacent square.
2) Kid Flash can't use his Force Blast during his HSS movement - so no.
Kid Flash could attack the target, then Maneuver, than finish his HSS movement. Afterwards he could FB an opposing figure he was adjacent to.
Hope that helps.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
You can only drop someone off of elevated terrain onto grounded terrain if the attacking character is using the close combat action portion of Leap/Climb, but the target does not take any damage from being taken off of elevated terrain and put onto grounded terrain.
Kid Flash has more than one special power so you need to be more specific. With "Up walls, Through Walls", yes, you can use Maneuver with it. With Fast Fists, yes, you can use it. With "Human Tornado", you could Charge, make the close combat attack, use Maneuver to place the target then use Human Tornado.
no because leap/climb and his charge cannot to the best of my knowledge be combined since leap/climb take a power action and to do the full movement charge...it oh nm i will just paste it
SMASH: Green Scar can use Leap/Climb. Give Green Scar a power action; move him up to his speed value, and then give him one close combat action as a free action.
A good defense will only last for so long, before you must crush your enemies outright!

Actually, the "attacking on different elevation" part of Leap/Climb can be used with Charge, since this part can be used when the character is given a close combat action.
On the other hand, the "automatic break away/ignoring terrain and characters" part can't be used with Charge, since this part can only be used when the character is given a move action.

still though no one has answered about the LE Wally West.
what about force blasting in the middle of a hypersonic attack?
I'm pretty sure you can't, since, generally speaking, you can't give a character an action (free or not) while he's in the middle of another action - unless the power states that you can, à la S.H.I.E.L.D. team ability, but that's not the case for Human Tornado.

You may never give more than one action per turn (other than a free action) to any character on your force.

Confirmation (or denial) is needed, though.
Confirmed, for the reason stated.
(This is just like not being able to Nanobots during HSS.)
