So I was watching Mallrats again, and one scene in particular snapped my attention back to full.

You all know the scene, Stan Lee talking to Brodie about lost love. The scene is about over and Brodie asks Stan "Hey Stan, she really meant that much to you?"

"Brodie, I'd give it all up for just ONE MORE DAY with her."

Ok granted it's a stretch, but still, it made me laugh out loud.

That's so much of a stretch, you get plasticity.

So its all a lead up to the surprise that Kevin Smith will take over Spider-man weekly which will then turn back into a monthly thank to delays like with Spiderman/Black Cat.

I think it would need to turn into an annual at that rate.

You're optimistic - he'll start a three-part storyline and four years later we'll be waiting for the last issue of it.
