When would you get a feed in iTunes?

Waiting to get descriptions for all of these podcasts from ibeatdrew .. then we'll set up a feed. If I have time I'll listen through then and write summaries.

As a contributor i can give a brief sinopsis

The first and second pod casts are more of a forum style , discussion of the players of our local store ... Pretty funny stuff , little chaotic.

The last one ( 3 ) is more refined and features IBEATDREW and myself in an organized fashion.

We hope to do a special SI reveiw addition real soon.

A Clix podcast is definitely overdue, so I appreciate you guys putting one together. But for these first three episodes I was a little disappointed in the audio quality. Whatever TV or music is in the background has to be turned off when you guys are recording. I know you had the disclaimers, but I was hearing something in the background of the second episode as well.

It's not too much of a problem if I'm listening on headphones, but in my car the shows were mostly unlistenable.

Really looking forward to more episodes if you can work the kinks out.

I don't play too often and miss out on the conversational side of heroclix. I do read HCRealms everyday but its not the same. Clixcast gives me a different option on getting my heroclix fix besides posting on realms.

What I like best?
1. The laid back comic shop feel. I wanted it have more structure but after a while I liked to little jokes about people in the shop I don't even know.

2. Relevance: there were many questions that got answered for me about new rules and tournaments. (ex: changes to TA's)

3. Not just 1: I liked not waiting to get another Clixcast. Granted Clixcast #1 is pretty long and a little off track at times but I did want to hear more.

Glen, how do you burn/download the podcasts to CD to listen to in the car?

I jack my iphone/ipod into my car stereo and listen to them on my drive to work. I'm sure you could also burn it though ... but I'm not sure how to convert mp3s to tracks if you head unit doesn't read mp3 files.

I really like the tone of the whole conversation, I feel like I'm sitting around with my friends chatting about these things before a tourney. I gotta admit, there are points where I want to interject, then remember that I'm not actually talking to anyone... ^_^

Sound quality is definitely better by the third episode. It takes a while to hammer that stuff out -- a lot of trial and error.

These are good. Everyone seems knowledgeable. In number 2 I was surprised that a random homeless man was chiming in.

I do not regret listening to these three fifteen minute podcasts for 1 1/2 hours.

Expecting good things from this; I just hope the guy can keep it up. I know ibeatdrew is crazy busy right now.

Figured it was time for me to chime in.

First off I wanted to thank everyone for their thoughts and comments and for listening to the podcast in the first place. I know I enjoy making them and I think Gudda (Balderdash/Jesse) enjoys it too. They are a lot of fun to make.

I do believe I have the sound issues fixed. The first 2 podcast were created in the old Mystikal Keep store, the 3rd one was created in the new store, where we actually have a room to record them....So no more TV noise. As far as voices...this should be fixed now too....I just need to sit closer to the mic.

We will try to make the podcasts longer...I was thinking a shorter podcast would be good, but the masses have spoken.

I have created a Social Group called iBeatDrew Podcast from the Mystikal Keep. Please join and post any questions or suggestions or comments you may have for the podcast. We will try to answer them there or on the podcast.

If you want to convert the podcast to CD format. One way I know of is to put the podcast in iTunes, change you burning settings to audiocd and then burn the track(s) off.
