I recently received a trade offer from 50cent11. BUT I remembered that he was banned from these forums, and I told him I had no interest in trading with him now, or ever for that matter.

BUT, I would hate to see him scam anyone else on the WK forums. What do you think can be done? I don't want to get in trouble for posting a thread telling people to stay away from him, and I don't want to get in trouble for posting that under his trade thread.

Certainly there must be something though...any ideas folks?

Find me a link to the thread about him ripping someone off and i'll post it over on Wizkids.

There really isn't anything that can or will be done, Wizkids is really lax with any sort of rules over there(though, I got warning points once for bumping my trade thread).

I already posted a warning on his trade thread. I hate the fact that the mods over there aren't helpful in any way.

It makes ya' love our mods that much more.

Ok, now I am almost positive this guy is Lojo. His typing is just as bad and is a brand new member on Wizkids.

I have known that it is Lojo (50centfan is lojo). I have been told that it is not my place to "bounty hunt" for these scammers. All I can tell you is to stay here. While we do see some scammers here it is not as many as other places. A big thing is look for key give aways

1) God Trades: Your Rookie Moloid for Galactus (sorry not going to happen)
2) Getting out of the game trades/sales (BE CAREFUL: If the person is leaving why should they care if they burn someone)
3) I Got Your Monkey Trades: The person just HAPPENS to have all the stuff you want and is going after your most expensive figures.

Protect yourself, pay attention to who they are, what they are offering and what their itrader currently is.

I don't really need to say this though(as Rock already confirmed him being Lojo), but I now know he truly lives in Brooklyn.

Another word of advice:

Pm the people you know with this info if you see they have pmed him.. I actually do that here for a few people I never did give a negative to but soemthing was off when we communicated. I dont go after a person but if someone I like on here is looking to trade with a person I will pm them and tell them what happened for me and good luck. Only had 1 person go ahead and trade that went bad.

Anyway you know you can always chat with them and let them know your on here and do they trade on this site (Maybe you can give us all a heads up on the NEXT name they are using)..

I got a pm back from MadDragon13 over on the WK forums, and he gave me the address he sent to, and it was Mike Steinmentz(AKA Lojo) and had the same address he has used before.

Watch out for Ryan35 too, just scammed me a little while back. Guy now has some of my best figures.

I am currently trying to get Fat*Ninja to sticky a bad trader thread over on the Wizkids forums, because this is Lojo's 100th account(not literally) and it's getting old.

Just another reason why there are so many more users here than at the WizKids site. I go to both but I am here a lot more than I am at Wizkids.

I got this twit banned from the WK site for the fourth or fifth time, I'm always trolling through the trade stuff and I see this guys typing skils and my "bastich sense" goes off. I warn people and warn people but someone always gets nailed. I'm probably going to sound like a ######wizzle, but when I got scammed by him I got mad and decided okay I'll report him and leave it at that. but when he ran his mouth about my son's passing I decided to make sure this guy won't get over on anymore of us. I have made it my mission to keep him off the other site(this one has TOO LARGE of a community for me to watchdog over), so far within a few days to a week or so I get him booted off the WK site. I have a couple of newbies that have thanked me greatly for it and a couple that have said they should've listened. This guy is scum to the highest degree. I'm tired of him and I have actually thought that if I went to his house and beat the piss out of him would his Police Department actually exdradite me all the way from Texas to stand trial?

I will be in NYC this fall... lol, in case no one beats me to the punch.

The big thing I don't understand with the Damien Rodriguez (lojo/gokoxx person) is that none of you that have been ripped off have contacted any of the post offices in your area. This guy will continue to do that stuff until he finally meets the police.
