According to the Units section

She's Rookie.

That's what I thought we were using. Is it different?

The character card on Wizkids' site shows her as Exp., but the Units section has her as a Rookie. Unfortunately, I don't have any Alpha clix, so I don't know what the actual figure is.

I asked about Alpha Talia in the Rules thread. It seems that her card has a blue circle, making her Experienced.

Sasha Bordeaux loathed Maxwell Lord, Checkmate's Black King. As the Black King's Knight, Sasha was sworn to protect the Black King, but she had seen firsthand how Lord had subverted Checkmate, using the organization to further his mad plan of ridding Earth of its superhumans. However, Lord was far too powerful to be challenged openly, and Sasha knew that she had to bide her time for now.

"Dr. Alchemy has been captured and injected with the nanite solution, as you ordered, Black King," said Sasha, careful to show none of the hatred she felt for Lord.

"Excellent," replied Lord, smirking. The nanite solution, a variant of the nanobots that transformed unwitting humans into OMACs, would allow Brother Eye to control Dr. Alchemy and his powerful Philosopher's Stone. Max had made capturing Dr. Alchemy a high-priority mission--Lord's biggest ace was his total mental domination of Superman, and he couldn't allow some fool with a magic rock that could transmute subtances into Kryptonite to endanger his plans.

"I have another mission for you, Sasha," said Lord, tossing his Knight a dossier.

"The League of Assassins?" asked Sasha, as she scanned the information.

"Ra's al Ghul is cunning and vicious, and his reach extends to every corner of the globe. And he has his own agenda," said Lord. "No, I don't think Ra's will fit in very well with the new order that I have in mind. His interference in my plans could be a problem, and I want him and his band of ninjas crushed."
