Some Match Notes:
The Brave & the Bold: Superman and Batman together are you kidding?
Nope, Superman and Batman are the Worlds Finest but with some balance they can make a great team that’s not too broken. The Brave & the Bold comic book in its early days was used to introduced new characters in a team-up format. In fact it featured the first ever appearance of the JLA. Aquaman, Hawkman, and every core member of the JLA teamed up at least once in this book. However there was a long streak where it basically became a Batman team-up book. He teamed up with GL, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Black Canary, Deadman, Demon, Creeper, the Atom, and many more. In a special secret anniversary issue (#150) he teamed-up with mystery guest Superman. This represents his long run with him as the World’s Finest team-up.

• The Brave & The Bold Superman can be any main universe Superman. He may not be Superboy, Cyborg Superman, Dark Superman, JSA-Earth-2 Superman, nor Young Superman. He can however be either KC Superman or Superman One Million.
  
• The Son of Darkseid Superman can only be the Dark Superman that is recommended.
  
• Batman or the Question may replace any BFC in play (one of their BFCs or one of their opponents) as long as there is a BFC in play to replace.
  
• Any time the Brave and the Bold team plays a BFC including one of these two starting BFC options that BFC will no longer be in their pool of available BFCs for the remainder of the tournament.
  
• Both team-up cards must be used.
  
• Superman has a tendeancy to pull his punches so as not to kill innocent or not so innocent normals. Thus he has been tempered with the card powers to keep him in balance. Superman essentially has Exploit Weakness always on that can not be outwitted. His Damage DEALT will always be a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 (regardless of objects, BFCs, Feats, or any other damage reducers).
  
• Superman does not punch and run away from the fight. So if you choose a HSS version of Superman, you can breakaway without a roll make a full move and attack. But you can not run after you swing the punch or make a ranged attack.
  
• Furthermore Superman's Heat Vision and Frost Breath is limited to a maximum Damage VALUE of 3.
  
• Dark Superman on the other hand has no such limitations and is unhampered by the opponents Team Card. He is to full power pummel or fry whom he pleases.
  
• Also the only non Earth-Born figures available to the Brave and Bold are the last Son of Krypton and the Demon (when not on his activation click).
  
• Until we get to the second round the Secret Invasion BFCs are not yet available.

Did B&B use any BFCs in the "Game to get into the tournament" round that are no longer available?

After checking the game thread for the preliminary match, IceHot mentions in one post that all the BFC's are available, even if they use a BFC in their preliminary match. So all of them should be available.

I think I will be required to pick a map with a) as little hindering terrain as possible and b) as many line of sight issues as possible, but those don't really seem to occur at the same time (excep the Prision map, which I keep kicking myself for not having gotten scanned in yet), so...
