Well, we have a PSP Thread here, I figured I'd open one for the Nintendo DS players amongst the Pinoy Clix Players.

Last Saturday, in between rounds in the Nationals tourney I found out there are some Clixers who are as rabid as I am when it comes to NDS games (Patrick, Antonn, Marco and Mikey). If there are others out there, post your thoughts on this thread.

Let me start off by talking about the games I'm currently playing:

Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney - I love the Phoenix Wright games, and this one being the 4th and most recent installment, doesn't disappoint. Investigating crime scenes, talking to witnesses, listening to and finding holes in testimonies and presenting evidence to break the testimony apart during cross-examinations, it's all really good stuff. It's a really good series that exercises the grey matter and is backed up with intriguing and intricate stories.

Final Fantasy Tactics A2 - The first Tactics Advance on the GBA was good, and this one amps it up to 11 with more races, new job classes, a lot of new weapons and skills, and guest stars from both the first Tactics Advance and the Final Fantasy XII games. It's a really good strategy game to tide me over when I'm unable to play HeroClix (this and the Advance Wars series).

Kidou Senshii Gundam 00 - What can I say, it's just fun and easy to pick up even when in Japanese. If you like the show, this game is worth trying out.

Megaman Star Force Dragon - It's like a remix of Battle Network, so I still have mixed emotions on this one. I'd be surprised if I can actually finish this game all the way through as Battle Network has gotten stale for me personally after the 3rd sequel.

Trauma Center 1 & 2 - Playing Doctor using the touch screen, the story is kind of cool as well. Operate on patients within a time limit (usually 5 minutes) while battling strange diseases and viruses that are very lethal and hard to destroy.

Mario Hoops 3 on 3 - I hate sports, yet I'm enjoying this game a lot. That's pretty darn impressive.

here's what im playing right now:

final fantasy tactics advance 2 - this is surprisingly long compared to the first one.amusing nonetheless.but the new system with the laws (you're bound to it while your opponents isn't )is very annoying.

pokemon diamond/pearl - ive played most of the pokemon games, and i have to say that the ones that came out for the NDS are frickin awesome.my only comments would be there are too many legendaries in these two games.oh and since im using an emulator i really couldnt enjoy the touch screen features of the game.

nice baka pwede po pa share ng emulator program kc ried to download some emulators kaso ayaw gumana sa pc ko or me mga kulang na files na hahanapin mo pa...

Hehe here's what's keeping me busy nowadays:

1. Digimon DS Dawn (Got myself a level 66 Omnimon now (Transcendent sword rules) Surprisingly though Magnamon is really weak for an ultimate level...)

2. Bleach the Blade of Fate (Passable dubbing, gameplay's pretty good though. Byakuya is best for cheesy gameplay. Supers are a pain to pull off though. Ichigo's really annoying when he's in his Bankai...)

3. Bleach DS 2nd Kokui Hirameku Requiem (Uruhara rules! No seriously he's fun to play as. His attacks involved ururu, jinta and tessai. One of his supers puts them all on the screen and it's just hilarious. Oh and he has a wicked counter move that when broken damages the opponent.)

4. Megaman ZX and ZX advent (Yes i'm a huge fan of the megaman line. ZX follows where Megaman Zero for the GBA left off. If you liked the gba game before this, give this a go. It's not like the old ones though that let you choose among 8 bosses in the main screen. It's got quests and all. Pretty engaging.)

5. Kidou Senshii Gundam 00 Dynames Sniping the target... (Or virtue's GN field)

May game na ang Gundam 00? arg, wala ba yan sa PS2 or sa PC?
or meron na bang game ang Macross Frontier (kung meron bibili akong bagong console just to play it. hehe.)?

oh, im also playing final fantasy 4.nostalgic stuff right here.hahahaha

here's hoping that they also remake final fanatasy 6!

No just wait for the ps2 version to come out. The DS one kasi doesn't cover all of the story of the series. The PS2 one follows it more closely but is scheduled for release, earliest october or november of this year.

The DS version is just really fun to play.

If you're looking for a good DS emulator that would also play the video of the games, try the no$gba emulator. Back when i was looking for an emu to test games i stumbled upon it. The thing is the latest version, you have to pay for. You could try looking for the most recent available one. (I know GBA yung name but it does play most DS games.)

So far enjoy ko mga CAstlevania games sa DS Dawn of sorrow and portrait of ruin and also coming soon order of ecclesia!

Kakatapos ko lang laruin ung Final Fantasy 4! Hanef na game to!

I only played Castlevania: Dawn Of Sorrow but haven't completed it yet because other games keep distracting me.

As for the Bleach games, I have the Blade Of Fate, but I couldn't get myself to enjoy it most likely due to the fact I don't watch the show/read the manga. As far as fighting games go on the DS, the only one I'm enjoying is Dragon Ball: Supersonic Warriors. "Galactic Donuts!"

I'm considering restarting my Final Fantasy Tactics A2 file from scratch. I'm not a hundred percent sure if this is a wise decision. Any thoughts on that?

haha, i've already restarted mine...twice.im a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to games like these.ayoko nung may mission failures tska broken laws.
