Flash of mystical light illuminates the abandoned Nazi chemical plant. The sextet of eldritch adventurers look around.

"I do not sense Nightshade anywhere in the vicinity, but there are several presences on the otherside of this decrepit waste dump," said the Enchantress, June Moon, in a haughty voice.

"My suit senses some pretty hostile mojo. Whoever here is ready to become another patch on my cloak," Ragman gave a nervous look to their leader, Nightmaster.

"Alright, Rory, that can't be good," said the man in the blue armor who was the wielder of the mystical Nightblade. "Dan, can you take me closer. Laura take the others forward, please."

Blue Devil rips a chemical tank from the floor, then grabs Nightmaster and flies forward. Laura Fel conjures a teleportation ring and Detective Chimp, Ragman, and Enchantress travel with her deeper into the Nazi Lab.

"So why did the Boss send us here?" Killer Shrike asked Spymaster.

Spymaster wagged a finger as he spoke, "You're asking the wrong question. You should be wondering why he didn't come with us. Either way, we have a job...let's move out."

As Shrike and Spymaster move into position, Titania forms a plan of her own.

"Alright Mr. Fancy Pants...I need you to get me over there." Titania pokes Dr. Spectrum in the chest as she speaks.

"It will be my pleasure," is all that is said by the Doctor as he flings Titania from his presence...and despite himself he hopes she gets in over her head.

"Ok suckers!" Titania grins as she pulls a piece of machinery out of the floor, "Who's first?"

1) Killer Shrike grabs Spymaster and flies to H-17, placing Spymaster on the HO at H-16 (Stealth).

2) Dr. Spectrum TKs Titania to F-17.

A bolt of energy comes unnervingly close to Titania who smirks, "I guess your the first, huh?"

She swings the machine at Laura only to have it crumble before it touches her. Titania's face show a trace of confusion before her voice lowers and sounds more ominous, "Got a few tricks, do ya? We'll see how long you can keep them up."

"And who are you?" Spymaster speaks as he produces a device in his hand. "Nevermind, doesn't matter." And with that he tosses the tiny machine at Nightmaster...who gets an electric shock for his trouble.

Ghost decides to make his own way around the battle.

Laura Fel gasps as the object smashes somewhere behind her head, but Rory Regan, always trying to be the knight in--well not shiny nor armor--jumps from the shadow's to the young lady's rescue. Laura casts an enhancement spell.

"You'll make a very pretty patch," Ragman says as he throws a punch powered by the souls of the judged.

Blue Devil raised the Lucifer Staff to blast the titanic woman. But the infernal blast goes wide.

Finally, Nightmaster tries to sheath the Nightblade in Killer Shrike, but the purple clad flyer dodges at the last minute.

Killer Shrike says with an evil smile as Dr. Spectrum blasts Nightmaster from long range. "Thanks, Doc. I'll take it from here." Killer Shrike swoops in at the injured Nightmaster only to be parried at the last second. "Still have some life in you, huh?"

Titania's frustration grows as she continues to pound holes in the concrete floor as Laura deftly avoids the attacks.

After yet another close brush with being hit--a sensation the young sorceress was not used to--the frightened, Laura Fel drew energy from her teammate, Ragman, and cast a spell that would more than just penetrate the hulking woman's hide.

Rory drew on the strength of the souls in his suit to finish off the titanic woman. "Next time you want to use me as your battery, Laura, a little heads-up would be nice."

"Jim, are you alright?" asks a suprisingly sensitive Enchantress.

"I'll be fine, June," Nightmaster replies. "We've got one down, but so many more to go. Keep me in the game, if I go down, Zauriel will fix me up when we get back to Oblivion."

And with that Enchantress teleports her and her leader to the other side of Spymaster.

Meanwhile, the Ghost and Sidewinder both stealthily find their ways to the opposition.

The Deathlok robot powers up and tracks Sidewinder. "...tracking program initiated...directive: accompany Agent Sidewinder..."
