Sable and i are going to run through a small-ish game here to help him (i presume Sable is male) and other newcomers to our RPSC get a quicker grasp of our point-earning and calculating system. It'll be a classic 300-point match, with Sable running the Avengers team (formerly written/played by VanceMadrox).
In keeping with our honor system, i'm rolling dice here and submitting the results:
Initiative: 3+5=8
Objects: 2+2=4
Normally, the editor(s) will select a map for the issue in question that is appropriate for the situation. Sometimes, the editor will even dictate special starting areas or even starting squares. Other rare issues have included split maps, staggered/delayed entry of characters, and other neat stuff.
In this case, however, the initiative winner will be First Player and choose the map.
I see I won Initiative, which means -- for this example game -- that i have map choice. Even though i should probably wait to see your team before i choose a map, i want to get to sleep, so i will hope that my map choice doesn't play too much into your team's hands ;-)
I choose STAR Labs (although Peers' HCUtils program doesn't seem to want to open that map for me right now... )
As Second Player, you may now choose a side. (Sorry i'm being so pedantic here, but i believe the Fantasy League runs a little different when it comes to setting up and choosing sides and such... )
You rolled higher for Objects, so you place 2 Heavy Obejcts and 1 Light Object, while I place 1 Heavy Obect and 2 Light Objects. Again, the editor(s) often have special instructions for objects in 'real' issues.
Captain America (Ult R 72)
w/Monster Hunter (3)
Captain Marvel (Sin LE 79)
She-Hulk (SNv R 65)
w/Unstopable (5)
Black Panther (IC V 46)
Falcon (Sin R 30)
=300 even
I see that you have equipped a couple of your characters with feats.
We can play this game with the feats you've chosen, but please note: The Avengers (as VanceMadrox had developed them) had neither of these feats at their disposal. Feats in the RPSC are rare beasts (for which I, personally, am grateful). Normally, they can be 'purchased' only once a year or so, at the time of the Annual issue. In fact, after four Annuals, the Avengers had but three feats: Armor Piercing, Protected, and Haymaker (Captain America has/had the first two, Thor the last).

4) R Goliath (Fantastic Forces) W7
5) Scientist bystander (B009 from Hypertime) X8
HOs: T4, LOs: R9, S15,
I've numbered the figures because it looks like you use Peers' wonderful HCUtils program. When i get home, i'll be setting up the board and figures up in our attic. Also, I've removed the point values from the characters -- mainly because i find it distracting.
Yes, i set up, you set up, then First Player (Initiative winner = me) makes the first move.
Peer's program works pretty well for me, especially as don't have the map or almost any of the figs we're using. i played back during IC/HT but didn't come back until the Starro Event.
- Baron Zemo rolls for Leadership: 6 SUCCESS.
- Goliath uses the Giant carry ability, picks up Baron Zemo and the HO in T4, and moves to R8, placing Baron Zemo in Q9.
- Mr Hyde moves to R15.
- Boomerang moves to T13.
- Scientist moves to T7.

If you're familiar with play by post conventions, then you know about the ampersand signifying an action token, as well as how important it is to keep track of the objects.
One thing you seem to have forgotten: the action tokens on the 'figures' in the HCUtils program. I've added them for you.
As you can see, im eschewing story posts in this little example game. In 'real' issues, i endeavor to insert flavor and even challenge the heroic team's player/writer to develop their characters a bit. I'm proud to have given Lightshear a couple ideas for Green Lantern, and my recent game against the Defenders held some indications as to the possible resolution (although i didn't/don't know what VKing has in mind as the main editor for the Defenders).
Players also vary in the manner in which they describe their moves. Some players calculate what they need to roll before the roll, while i indicate the Attack values and Defense values and modifiers. I try to be rather specific and tend to be rather verbose (as if you couldn't tell). I'm not a fan of abbreviations or slang in general, and that proclivity finds its expression here, too.
i delibrately don't use the map tokens, they're fidly little things and i'm bound to forget them and since i keep a current recap handly while i take my turn.
i use few abbreviations, just AV, DV and a few of the powers (RCE, CCE, B/C/F and maybe a couple of others, can't remember off the top of my head)
- Boomerang attacks She-Hulk using RCE > 9 vs 16 +1 (hindering) > roll: 3+2=5 MISS.
- Mr Hyde grabs the LO in S15 and moves to N14.
- Goliath moves to P16.

You correctly indicated the 3 IAPs Monica earned in that attack in the square brackets before her name in the RECAP; good. You've done this before, eh?
I often hesitate to indicate a character's starting health (both heroes' and villains') because i have a personal dislike of looking ahead at character's stats and dials. Other players probably consider this rude of me... I might be the only RPSCer who actually uses the real figs on real maps (i think Wakanda might, as well).
You forgot to update She-Hulk's position in the RECAP, although you did include the precise location of the Heavy Object she picked up under HOs (which i appreciate; most players don't indicate where the object is, only who has it).
free) Cap will attempt motivate the troops. Leadership roll: 4 success, 4 actions
1) Cap moves up to L9
free) Black Panther Outwits Hyde's Toughness
2) She-Hulk will push to bash Hyde over the head with her HO. AV9 vs DV15, need a 6. rolled: 2,2=4 MISSED! (where's a probber when i need one.) HO is gone
3) Black Panther will fire upon Hyde. AV9 vs DV15+1 (hindering), need a 7. rolled: 5,6=11, hit for 2
4) Falcon flies down to O16.
