(By the way, playing with modified demo decks this weekend, the best deck was definitely the Alliance, not because of win records, but because it had the ability to yell out, "LEEEEROOOOOY JENKINS!" with reason.)
Probably what they ment by that was that all your allies, weather or not they are not exausted, become exausted and can't ready. But if you wanna be technical, is refers to "them" as the ones who were exausted, so maybe only the ones exausted can't ready. Then that might just mean you have to attack with him last.

Leeroy exhausts ALL of your other allies, whether they were already exhausted or not. Exhausted is a characteristic that allies or heroes can have, and exhausted allies or heroes can be exhausted again. It just doesn't do anything.
Leeroy locks down your whole board for the next turn, even if everybody else was already exhausted.

Hope that helps.

I'm not sure what that means, to be honest. It's likely that I'm going to become one of the resident rules jockeys around here, if not technically the last word.
Most of my stuff after these introduction articles is going to be rules focused. So, I've got that going for me.
On the WoW forums, Mods who Blizzard has deemedfit to be Mods, usually have the overall right answer for questions, and there names on the site are in blue letters. So usually people ask for a blue respons on a question, and you, right now, are our blue response right now.

Ah. Well, in that respect we have guys like Ruk, Eek, Typhon and the irrepressible Mike. They're the moderators. I, alas, am not though I sometimes act like I am.
If the Realms relationship with UDE holds out, we'll likely see some of the developers show up to drop some knowledge on us every so often. That's one of the things that makes VSRealms the best VS site on the web. I hope it holds for WoW.
Also from the looks of it alot of the rulings for this game can be derived from the VS comp rules document, at least until WoW comp rules are released.
So if you look in this example Leroy Jenkins puts a condition on all the other allies in your party that they cannot ready during your next ready step. Since it is setting a condition and is not a continuous effect it would only affect the allies currently on the field. Just an example of where VS rules can be applied to WoW cards.
No, I don't play the WoW MMO... I will play the WoW TCG when it comes out! oh and if you dont want your UDE Points cards I'll take em!! :D
