The wording has gotten people very confused... including my self. I was just wondering if your hero counts as a friendly hero.

Ex: Seal of Light is in play and I swing with Twig of the World Tree, do I untap 3 resources?

Ongoing: When your hero deals combat damage with a weapon, it heals 2 damage from itself. , Destroy Seal of Light >>> Your hero heals 4 damage from itself.

so yes, you would ready 3 resources because 3 is the cost of seal of light.
