Is Gorebelly still awesome? Or should I flip to the Alliance Female Arms Hero? What should I be looking for in a deck now?

If you look at Frankfurt's Darkmoon Faire results, it looks that Gorebelly remains a strong choice for a warrior.

Gorebelly combo is still solid. Bulkas Cruelty is very strong, although now highly teched against. The alliance Female Arms Hero is solid if you want Anger Management to go off and out race your opponent in resources.

I still play Warrax with Last Stand and insane armor to go the long haul. He's also good because of Stoneform allowing his armor rating to go up and to cleanse anything like poisons or Marked for Death's off him.
