In a sealed tournament, how many booster packs do they give you, how many cards do you have to have in your deck and do they provide the hero cards for you or do you have to use a hero that's in your pack?
I don't think there are specific rules for how to run a sealed event. I mean UDE sets up specific requirements for events that they sponsor with support (ie sneak previews, regionals), but in general at your local store they aren't required to provide a specific amount. I guess the minimum should be three packs, since you have to have at least thirty cards in your deck, and the old card count needed at least three to get enough cards. I believe that in general the more "accepted" amount is four packs.
With the new pack sort since there are more cards in each pack, I imagine you could get by with three.
Also the hero cards "should" be provided. If you don't get the hero you want, or the store doesnt have a stack of heroes available, you don't really need the physical card to use the hero you want. You can get the stats for the heroes off the ude site and just mark up a proxy.
You will be limited to the heroes from the packs that you are using in your sealed event. So if the packs are all Legion, then you can't use a Warrax cause he doesn't exist in the Legion set. But if you packs are a selection from a bunch of different sets then you should be able to use a hero from any of those sets.
How many cards minimum in a sealed tournament deck? 30? So you get 60 cards (4 x 15 cards per pack) and make up a 30 card deck with the other 30 being side deck cards?
