Just to ask if is there any updated tournament formats. Most of my cards in WoW is from the expansion set of Heroes of Azeroth. I just want to know if any updated formats in this game.

I'm new to WoW TCG and I'm wondering, I think, the same thing. Is Heroes of Azeroth allowed in constructed tournaments? Also, just starting out is it even worth getting Heroes of Azeroth cards?

There are two main formats.

Constructed where everything is legal and Block where either the first three sets (with the raid decks that were released during that time) or the last three sets are legal depending on which block it is.

Playing Raids for Fun.

I have a small gaming group that plays a lot of other games together and we're looking to add this to our repertoire. Basically what we want to be able to do is, pick up the Raid and four character decks and just play whenever.

I've purchased the Onyxia Raid and four starters so far. I'm looking to build the four hero decks into something that will be viable in beating Onyxia. I have no idea where to start though. Any ideas, decklists, or links to articles written on the subject? I don't care what cards or classes, I can buy the singles if need be at a local store. Also, I'd be interested in tweaking the Onyxia deck as well in the future.

I will do some research and see what I can come up with.

Sample Heores

Priest - Heals and discard
Mage - frost nova, frost spells and counters
Shaman - heals, Frost Shock, Searing Totem, and Purge cards.
Pally - Hammer and heals Arcane Torrent, and Sacred Purification.
Rouge - Gouge, Arcane Torrent, and Purlion.

Basically Keep ony from attacking and destroy her abilities or counter them. Frost Nova should take care of the whelps. Go with Horde so you can use all Blood Elves so you can get your abilities back with Sol. Belongings. Run Ferocity allies and allies that destroy abilities and so AoE effects.

All Heroes except mage can play with The Cruel Hand of Timmy which will lock Ony on resources.

I will post my Ony raid deck. I don't like the stage requirements and most cards with them have been dropped. This is also the ony build I use for my Lady Katrana prestor deck.
