I have a major WoW TCG tournament coming up, and I need to be sure: If my hero is, let's say, Moonshadow: Hero - Night Elf Druid Restoration

Can I add balance ability cards to my deck, not just general ability and restoration ability cards? I've been wondering this for a while now.
