The last week testing teams i got a doubt about Warbound and the placing tokens timmig, let's say i'm using a Shazam team (x2 Shazam, Dr Alquemy, Warbound etc...) Shazam start his attack (using HSS) adjacent to the another Shazam makes the roll dice etc... and finshes his movement adjacent to the Dr Alchemy (The Shazam that is not Atacking and Alchemy are distant from each other) the question is who get the token the Shazam that isn't atacking or the alchemy?
Choose a keyword. All characters on your force that have the keyword are assigned this feat.
When a target friendly character assigned this feat is given an action, instead of giving it an action token, you can give the action token for the action to an adjacent friendly character that has a point value equal to at least half of the target's point value.
*Per character on your force with the chosen keyword.
In this case, Alchemy, if he has no tokens, can take the token.

Dr. Alchemy could not take the token. The character who receives the token must be adjacent to the character taking the action when the action (not attack) begins.
Unless the attacking Shazam started the HSS action (not attack) adjacent to the other Shazam, the other Shazam couldn't take the token either.

Nowhere does it say in Warbound that you have to begin your action adjacent.
I believe this already has been ruled on, no? That you just need to END adjacent to a friendly figure.

Found it (see 1st part, you still token someone, even if you end your HSS elsewhere, but you are right, he cannot token Alchemy but the 1st Shazam if he was adjacent to it at the beginning of his action):

Warbound Clarifications
Feel free to distribute:
* In order to assign a token to an "adjacent" character, the character must be adjacent at the time the action is assigned to the acting figure. If, at the end of the action, the acting character is not adjacent to the other character, you may still assign the token to them.
* There was a question as to whether or not the acting character would clear tokens if/when they have the token assigned to another character. The answer goes by the rulebook. Since no token is assigned to the acting character this turn, they clear, even though they acted.

Adjacency is required for the 2 characters when the action is given. If the characters are not adjacent at the end of the action, the token may still be assigned to the qualifying character.

See my post above. I pointed that out
Thanks, though.

here's another question. I was pretty sure about this, but a question came up yesterday.
Let's say that Fig #1 TK's fig # 2 and gives the token to Fig#2 since they were adjacent at the beginning of the action. So the TK'ed Fig #2 has a newly placed token, but has not taken an action. I believe you can then assign an action to Fig #2 after being TK'ed and then give him a second token and push him.

Is this correct?
That is right. The only thing that matters in this scenario is whether or not the figure has taken an action, not whether or not they have gotten a token.
I have a question kind of related to this so instead of starting another topic here it is
If you make a Close Combat HSS attack while you are carrying someone can you finish your movement after the attack with your passenger or is he dropped at the time the attack is made and you continue your movement alone?

Any figures carried are placed back on the board after the movement has completed. In fact, you cannot set the carried figure down before the attack.
In the rule book on page 17, the description of the Carry ability says, "When this
character ends its movement for the action, the carried character must be placed in a square adjacent to this character that the carried character can occupy and at the same elevation."
The description of Hypersonic Speed says, "During its move, this character can as a free action make one close combat or ranged combat attack with its range value halved for the attack."
The key part is "During its move". That means the move hasn't ended, yet, so the character is not put down, yet.
