Well, since apparently he is going to get away with it, I decided to buy items from Popinjay on ebay. He sent me an invoice, to which I responsed, asking him to send my figures back to me and then I would pay. He sent me a message, "don't waste my time, clown." Something small, but amusing none the less to me. If ebay does decide to ban me, oh well.

Is he/she still selling naked clix? Not that I'm looking to buy, mind you, it just amuses me that he/she is among the pervs who actually make those things.

I have reported every single auction he has going for either copyright infringement or stolen merchandise. He even resonded to me once with a homosexual slur, which I also reported to ebay. What did ebay do? Nothing, he is still going strong. The moral of the story is, he will have nothing done to him, (until one of us finds him) not by our legal system and not by ebay, and you will probably get a ban or suspension from ebay, so this puke gets off scott free(until, like I said, one of us finds him).

Just finished reading the huge thread on him. I didn't trade with that jerk, but I hope you guys are continuing to press efforts to have him punished.

You know it would be just a shame if a group of people started overbidding all his auctions so the group is always the highest bidder and then never paying him.

I mean where would a group of people like that be able to get together and plot?

I have an old ebay account...That I don't use at all.

Some of you who are familiar with me(yeah, I know, not alot of you) know that I like to draw and if you've ever looked at my signature, can see there is a website where I display my works. Also, if you know me well, you know my Father recently passed away after a long battle with cancer.

Well, Mr. Popinjay has followed me over to that website now, and left me a note giving tribute to my Father. This will show you what a classy guy we have been dealing with, as here is the note, quoted word-for-word:

If any of my children ever ask me this question, I now have the answer: "Because people like Popinjay exist, and hopefully they will contract the condition in its most lasting and painful form, it's also why there is a Hell, in case the testicle cancer misses them"

you might want to edit this out to deny proof for ebay, they have a knack for punishing the wrong people, and I am quite sure now he lurks constantly on here like a floating turd hidden in your toilet bowl. Also, I hope you guys are leaving him negative feedback on ebay with these auctions you are "winning". Remember, he can't retaliate with negs as a seller now
