Never play him at this point value. Go up or down instead. Seriously, you're paying 200 points for 3 extra clicks, and two of them have no reducers.

I know it looks weird when you look at it in this format, because you think it's just screwed up--it's not screwed up, it's just bad.

He suffers from Hypertime Sinestro Construct syndrome.

It's understandable that you receive better attack values and a click of Impervious with a 200 point upgrade over the Rookie, but Regeneration on clicks #2-3? It may be comic-accurate, but with one well-placed strike dealing 7 or more clicks of damage, the fact that his powers can't be countered won't matter; any Flurry character with 2 or more damage will whittle him down, possibly in the same round.

In a 600-800 point build, the Rookie will always suffice. This version should only be used if he can be given Automatic Regeneration and/or Shellhead.
