This is one of the best pieces out of the set. I have yet to lose with a Namor and Atuma team and a swarm of these things. They are amazingly good tie up pieces, capable of actually doing enough damage to get past Invulnerability and Impervious and they only cost 35 points a piece.
Neutral. Not really my cup of tea in a generic figure this costly. I'll take my experienced blackhawk with a give-or-take 5 point difference (5 points less alone; 5 points more with armor piercing) any day. It's the poor AV that fails to sell the figure to me. Impressive damage dealing capabilities on clicks 2-3 for a figure so cheap but the bland top click kills that. 4 clicks deep makes for not wanting to push through any of it; though the top click pales in comparison to the second. Dunno about the sculpt; except for being blue and lacking headgear he looks more Egyptian than Atlantean.
2,3,1,2 = 40%. Far too easy to kill. For 35 points, there should be longer life or ranged attacks or Submerged. I'd play a bunch of these guys on a theme team with Attuma, Aquaman, Tempest or Namor... or else never.

If these guys had 6 range they would be perfect. They would always come out of the water with bubble guns or water pistols or something. They could then have a little bit of incap of the top click if they had range
Garbage for the points, the dial is horrible and uninuitive. First off having to push him off of 25% of his health so he can be a threat is silly. Second he needed to start with super strength or blades. Third STEALTH ONLY WORKS IF THEY DRAW A LINE THREW HINDERING. So if someone tries to shoot him while he is in the water they also have to find a square of hindering for them to draw a line of fire threw first or else IT DOES NOTHING. I played an atlantis theme 600pts last week and only fielded one of these guys and all he did was drag my team down and waste his points.
In looking at his stats ... I am think that it would make more sense to use multiples of Stingray +submerged as generic aquatic solders and its 1 point cheaper then this guy and on top of that Stingray has a 6 range so he can pop shots off while any opponent has to base stingray in order to hit him if hes in water.
I guess the stealth may be so that if you are using an army of them and you have them lined up your opponent can only hit the first row of them. LoL...

The powers are all nice. CCE can dish out some good damage, but I would've liked a little higher attack and defense. Willpower would've made him a bit better and----BAH! I'll play Aqualad over him any day!
When compared to the new generics in HOT you might think that these figures were created years ago instead of just two sets ago. This figure is total garbage, Valkyrie and Asgardian Warrior, now there are great generic figures. Poor Namor, he's sitting at home wondering how Odin gets such cool underlings when he's stuck with this. 8 attack, 16 defense, no range, powers that as sensualninja points out, don't work. Oh, I have stealth when I'm in water, but wait, I have to leave water to get to the hindering terrain that would make it work????? Oh and Valkyrie and Asgardian Warrior are what, 3 and 2 points more expensive. Makes you wonder how they figure the points out. They never give high numbers enough credit.
These generics are ####. This guy's Stealth is NOT activated when he is in water terrain. If you are looking for quality cheap Atlantis clix just use 40 point Aqualads. They are so much better. Very disappointing generic.
Actually, it activates so long as 2 things occur- He is occupying water terrain, and Line of Fire passes through hindering. You don't have to be standing IN the hindering terrain for stealth to activate. If you want to use him effectively, keep an eye on the map when you move him around to try to take advantage of it. Sadly, it wont happen often WITHOUT either a means of creating hindering (Smoke Cloud, several SP's) or water terrain (Tempest, Broken Hydrant). Are there better pieces for the points? yes. Useless figure? No, but pretty meh.
I miss? PC it. You hit? PC it. I hit? I can do better, PC anyways. You miss? I DIDN'T SEE SNAKE EYES, PC IT!
The Atlantean Warrior is a highly mediocre generic who fills a much needed niche - waterborn. Short life and below average values don't give him much to do but tie up and be Masterminded to. SP is worded so as to provide no protection in the water unless hindering terrain is between them and their attacker. Move value is good and these guys can threaten older figures as well as heavily wounded but I think 35 points may be better used more often than not. Still, on an aquatic team or keyworded, these guys are the best option for filler. Easy to use as tie-up pieces, harder to pull off for anything more.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
