Clone after clone fell to the ground in defeat. Exhausted, mindless copies made in Wolverine's image could not compare to the original, no matter what genetic tinkering the Jackal might have used to "improve" them.
"No!" Jackal cried, seeing the fruits of his work collapsing in failure. Some had already begun to dissolve, the physical trauma taken from the X-men's beating accelerating the cellular degenration that ultimately claimed the lives of all clones.
Even with his medically enhanced body Jackal couldn't turn the tide of battle, having taken a retaliatory uppercut from Northstar as soon as he had finished off Phoenix. In the few minutes that he lost consciousness his fevered dreams were haunted by the failure of his creations.
"No, NO!" he cried again, snapping awake.
"Shh!" came a desperate whisper, a small hand clapping over the Jackal's fanged mouth. "You must be quiet, Dr. Warren!"
Coming to his senses, Jackal's hightened vision quickly discerned that he had been dragged from the battle, and hidden in an unused water-treatment pipeline. Petite little X-23, one of Jackal's favorite creations, had pulled him to safety with strength that belied her small size.
"Are you injured, Dr. Warren?" X-23 asked in a soft voice, still hoping not to be heard by their attackers, the X-men. She was concerned for him. Such compassion would have been out of place in a copy of Wolverine, but thankfully X-23 was not simply an exact duplicate.
"I am fine, child." Jackal lied, sitting up and stifling a groan of pain. His head still throbbed with a possible concussion, but the trace derivatives of Osborn's formula in his metabolism would make short work of that. Best to reassure X-23 for now, so that they could continue moving and make their escape.
X-23 helped him to his feet, and Jackal thanked the fates that if only one of the Wolverine clones could survive, that it should be this one. He would need to rebuild, recoup his losses elsewhere. And now as the Jackal slunk off to nurse his wounds and rebuild his lab, at least he would have the comfort of having a reminder of his beloved Gwen Stacey close at hand.
Their presence was not missed by the X-men however, who charged boldly forward, penetrating deeper into the secret complex. The further they went, the more their blood chilled to the sight of bizarre medical apparatus and the remnants of science experiments gone wrong. By the time they had penetrated to the innermost chambers, Cyclops was struggling to keep his voice a neutral command.
"X-men... I want the Weapon-X program shut down... permanently!"
"You're a little late for that!" called an unfamiliar voice. From out of the shadows stepped Fantomex, his arms crossed smugly over his chest. "Weapon X is old news... we're well past Weapon XIII here!"
Bounding down to face the X-men Fantomex landed gracefully on cybernetically perfected legs. "EVA," he spoke, addressing the hovering robot that followed close by him. "Let's introduce the intruders to Weapons XI and XII, shall we? Release the swarm."
All around them, the lab sprung to life. Machinery powered up and holding cells unlocked at the small robot's electronic signal. Fantomex drew his heavy pistols on the X-men, red laser-sights locking on his targets.
"Cyke...?" Bobby asked. The inhabitants of the Weapon Plus program emerged from their dormant states, leaving the X-men surrounded.
"You heard my orders." Cyclops stated gruffly, undaunted by the glowing red dot positioned on his forhead. "Bring it all DOWN!"

For Warbound, do I need to start or end adjacent to a figure on a move action to transfer the token?
1) EVA will phase to J 18, carrying Fantomex to J-17.
2) Obsidian Fox moves to K-15 (Stealth)
3) Cuckoo #5 will take a 0 move action, and hive Mind her defense +2, but instead of taking the token herself, she'll Warbound it unto Cuckoo #2.
4) Cuckoo #3 will Hive Mind her movement +3, and carry #2 and #5 to K and L-15, herself in K-16.
5) Now Cuckoo #2 will take a 0 move action, pushing to Hive Mind her defense +2.

I am not sure, I have never played with this card, I would think it is at the end of an action.
Can you check, does the EVA have flight….. ? I though he does not.
