The Shadow creature looked to overwhelm the squad splatting down in their midst.
Mister miracle pulled out a device that woudl allow him to hurt the creature but sadly he melted back into shadows before the hit could land.
Ted did what he did best and improvised using his blast weapon to send the creature a distance from the league and protecting them for a few more minutes
