Wow, now I'm really glad I didn't fill my team with SHIELD Swarmers. I'd have -1s all over the map. <_<

(Defense) L.M.D.: Nick Fury can use Mastermind. When Nick Fury is dealt damage, you can reduce the damage by 2. If you do, after the attack resolves immediately put Nick Fury in an unoccupied square in the corner of the map (or as close to the corner as possible) that does not share an edge with the starting area used by Nick Fury.
(Damage) Spymaster: Nick Fury can use Leadership, Outwit, and Perplex.
+Contingency Plan Prerequisites: Leadership or Mastermind
Choose a character.
If the character's controller does not use all of his or her actions for a turn, put a contingency token on this card if there are two or fewer tokens on this card. When a friendly character is given action, you can remove any number of tokens from this card: The character modifies the friendly character's speed, attack, or range value by +1 for each token removed.
When the character loses Leadership or Mastermind, remove all contingency tokens from this card.

When characters that have the same team symbol or team ability are adjacent to each other, modify their defense values by -1, to a maximum of -1.
The chopper landed, and both Fury and his accompanying SHIELD Agent, last name Coulson, unloaded from it. While the area they had arrived at looked largely like an old, run-down farm, anyone in the know could easily tell it was anything but. The first signs of this were the SHIELD personnel who came out to greet Fury.
“Maine? Really?” Coulson asked.
“Yes. Maine. Who’d ever think to look for a secret SHIELD testing facility here?”
“Makes sense, I suppose.”
Without another word, the group of people proceeded to the building that wasn’t actually a barn, and through the doors was revealed to be the entranceway to a multilevel facility. As they proceeded down a set of stairs to the second level, they were greeted by a man.
“Fury, we weren’t expecting to see you here today. This week, for that matter.”
The man in question, was known to most as Forge. But to most in this facility, he was also known as ‘Sir’. Those people were also among the few that knew who he was currently working for.
“I don’t care. I generally don’t give people reason to expect me anywhere. Besides, it’s my understanding that this project was ready weeks ago. If I weren’t a busy man I would have already come and left.”
“It helps to have warning, though.”
“Drop it. Let’s go see her.”
--------------------------------
Heading back up to the top level, the group walked out to a building that wasn’t a shed by the unplanted farmland that surrounded the place that wasn’t actually a farm. There, it was no surprise that there was yet more electronic and mechanical equipment, some of it tracking and surveillance gear.
“Sirs.” The lead man in the room said, standing to face and salute them.
“At ease.” Forge responded.
“I don’t see it.” Fury said.
“That’s because she’s up in the air.”
“Been at it for an hour now, too.” The lead man, last name Adams, said.
“Then call her in.”
Another man in the room, headset on, nodded and activated his system.
“Black-Zero, Black-Zero, this is flight control. Come in Black-Zero.”
“This is Black-Zero.”
“Black-Zero, Stopper-Zero is on base, he and Project-Zero are requesting you land.”
“Copy that. Black-Zero returning to base. Out.”
“Is there anything here you didn’t come up with a code-phrase for?” Coulson asked.
The question went unanswered, and moments later, the sight they had come to see came in sight, and soon after landed on the ground. It was human-shaped, and distinctly female to be more specific. A shiny metallic black, it began walking towards those who had come out of the building that wasn’t a shed as soon as it touched ground.
“Nick Fury,” Said Forge “may I properly introduce you to Black-Zero, better known as Project Phantom Raptor.”
“We’ve met.”
And so they had, as the face of the helmet peeled back to reveal none other than the Black Widow herself.
“Sir.” Widow said to Fury.
“So this is what you’ve been up to.” Coulson said.
“After she showed up, some of us took to calling her ‘Iron Widow’.” Adams added.
“Speaking of which,” Coulson said. “That design looks familiar. I’m surprised Stark would have approved something like this.”
“Didn’t have to.” Fury said. “This project has no Stark technology involvement at all.”
“OMAC.” Forge said.
“OMAC?” The agent asked.
“Earlier this year, a SHIELD team encountered a team that infiltrated one of our training sites. None of which we could recognize – a big man in a blue costume and a cape, some guy with a rock, a couple others. But they also had a blue robot with them. One of the few of their number we were able to neutralize before they got the upper hand. They fled, though, before our reinforcements could arrive and finish the job, but they left most of their robot behind in the process.”
“OMAC?”
“Yeah. We didn’t think they’d mind if we put their little weapon to some good use. Forge has since been heading up the project to reverse engineer the technology.”
“They put a bullet through its head when they defeated it, so most the data from it was unrecoverable.” Said Forge “We did learn a couple things form it, though, such as it’s name – One Man Army Corp – and that it’s probably best we had to go for a suit design. But most of the actual technology was in usable condition. From that, produced what you see here. Plan is, if it’s successful, that it’ll entirely replace the Mandroid in SHIELD operations.”
“And so you build it specifically to fit a woman?” Coulson asked.
“Hardly. One the lesser design specifications.” Said Adams “The outer shell can modify itself to better fit the wearer, allowing for more maneuverability. More impressive are its battle capabilities. Including, but not limited to, advanced armor shielding and weapons systems on par with Starks Iron Man armor, integrated networking designed to operate seamlessly with the worldwide SHIELD network, and the worlds most advanced onboard targeting and tracking systems.”
“This thing could locate, target, and probably take down the Invisible Woman herself.” Said Forge.
“Let’s hope we don’t have to test that boast.” Said Fury. “Besides, we have different target for it’s live field-test. Tell me, how will it stand up against the Hulk?”

Since they had learned exactly who they were up against, Coulson had continued to ask Fury about it. By now, he was getting rather tired of it.
"And this all we've got?"
Looking around the cabin of their vehicle, all Coulson could see otherwise was Blink, Fury, and their medic. Black Widow, flying outside in her shiny new suit of armor, made the number five.
"Yes. It's the Hulk. I'm looking to avoid mass casualties by bringing a large team in. Besides, Deadpool is off on another mission right now, which I rather prefer. He's too unpredictable as it is, and his past confrontations with the Hulk leave much to be desired."
"That right there is more than you gave us in the briefing."
"Shut your yap and lets make this quick."

"Well that went poorly..." Dr. Strange said, as they teleported back to the beautiful Greenwich Village, outside the home of Doctor Strange.
"Hulk not know why Magic Man did not want Hulk for fight against Metal Face. Hulk SMASH face!" The Hulk roared.
"It's not that simple Hulk..." The Gargoyle started.
"Hulk knows Hulk not simple rock face! Hulk want pizza." He said, pouting.
*Thhhhhip!*
"What was that?" Gargoyle commented, looking to his side to see a small hole appear in a flower pot beside them.
*Thhhhhip!*
"RRRAAAAAAARGGGGHH!!!!" The Hulk screamed, lurching to the side, clutching his temple. "HULK STUNG BY BEE! HULK HATE BEES!" He screamed, flapping his arms about.
"Hold on Hulk, let me look at it. Trust me, I'm a Doctor. (Ranked #2 on 'Dr. Strange's Best Pick-Up Lines)." Dr. Strange said, pulling the Hulk's gargantuan hand away. "By the Hoary Hosts! Hulk, my friend, you've been shot!"
"Someone shooting at Hulk?! Who shoots Hulk!?" Hulk roared.
*Thhhhhip!*
"RAAAARRRRRRGH!!!!!" The Hulk screamed again, this time clutching his eye. "HULK HATE SHOOTING! HULK GO GET GUN! HULK SHOOT BACK!"
"No, Hulk! Let us move where they can no longer see us..." Strange said, trying to calm the savage beast, teleporting the group away.
1) The Gargoyle spreads his mighty wings, and flies to to R-6, wrenching a lamp post from the ground to deter any snipers from the rooftop.
2) Hulk, flexing his mighty legs, launches himself up into the air, landing next to the gregarious Gargoyle in R-7.
3) Strange, holding his hands together, teleports himself and the oddity Moon Knight to S-6 and S-7 respectively.

“Blink, do your thing!”
Using her powers, Blink pulled back Fury and Coulson to a safer distance, but unfortunately it didn’t go quite as planned, resulting in the Agent landing at a bad angle.
“Sorry, there was some kind of interference.” ”Dr. Strange, probably.” Widow said, using her systems to rapidly zoom in on and identify each of the three people that were currently accompanying the Unhappy Green Giant. ”He and two other known Defenders, identified as Gargoyle and Moon Knight, appear to be working with with the primary target.”
“You hear that, team? If they try to interfere, consider them secondary targets.”

Not to mention that normally, I would have been content to let them handle this on their own. Unfortunately, our mission didn’t allow for that. General Thunderbolt, as obsessive compulsive as he was, had gone to his latest scheme to try to bring in his personal arch nemesis. That plan happened to be getting someone else to do his dirty work – us, specifically. Pulling some strings, he had managed to get the people I regretfully have to answer to every so often to order me to send a SHIELD team to try to apprehend the Hulk.
Fortunately, they didn’t order me very much beyond that. Which gave me some bonus points – First, I was able to pick the people who would attempt the mission. This allowed me to oversee the attempt myself, as well as keep it small to avoid unnecessary casualties and specialize it specifically for this. Second, it allowed me some freedom to decide what to do with the Hulk once we apprehended him. My personal intent was to have our people work on reverting him back permanently, or failing that, make the temporary solution permanent – keep him sedated and locked up where he couldn’t go on a rampage anymore. Third, it made the mission a one-shot deal. We either brought him in, or we would fail and he would be General Ross’ problem again.
There was one real unknown in all of this, however – the Defenders. A smaller team of Superheroes that the Hulk often travels with, it was the impression of the people who ordered SHIELD to apprehend the Hulk that they had lost control of him recently. While they had been following him around to try to get the situation under control, it was apparent that enough people didn’t think they were doing a good enough job at it. The unknown, then, was whether they would show up at the same time and place as ourselves on their continuing mission to control chaos.
As it so happened, they had. Unfortunately, this made things more difficult.
Fortunately, I had also taken the time to plan for said uncertainty.

”Fury, be aware, primary target appears to have changed course.”
“Blink, get out of there. Hulk is Widow’s target, you’ll get smashed alive.”
Without delay, Fury found the pink-skinned agent behind him.
”Also be aware; Sensors have indicated that Strange has gotten involved. He’s been added to the active targets list, secondary objective.”
“Hear that? We are free to take him down. Widow, activate W-Delta, then lets get that d!@# meatshield out of the way.”
Targeting the good doctor with her suit, Iron Widow fired a pulse beam upon him. While it didn’t damage him at all, it did have a rather curious effect.
”Power Dispersal beam activated!”
“Fire!”
Coulson opened up on the white-clad hero in front of Dr. Strange, hitting true, though hardly lethally – that was the exact opposite of their objective. And thanks to targeting help from Widow and some odd guiding effect, not even the attempts by Gargoyle to misdirect the bullets had any effect, as though something mysterious was plugging up his powers.
“Beam have something to do with that?” Coulson asked.
