"I can't believe we weren't recruited. I helped found this danged team!" Speedball yelled, seemingly very annoyed.

1) Bouncing up and down, Speedball leaped from the ground, landing on a nearby building, namely on marked I-16.

2) Namorita hefts the massive object, akin to a Rock or an Engine Block, that happens to be sitting in the middle of the road in a small town, and flies over to O-17, dropping Darkhawk in P-17.

New Warriors: Turn 1

"Alright guys, Thrasher told me we would be doing a training excercise against a group of potential new recruits, so let's look our best out there and show them what it means to be Warriors!" Vance smiles to his team.

"Warriors?" Spidey pipes up. "Look kid, I keep telling you people I'm not on your team, you just keep following me around!"

1) "Let's just get started, shall we?" Vance offers with a shrug. "Dagger, will you do us the honour of opening?" "Of course Marvel Boy" Tandy smiles back, "I'm ready when you are!" Marvel Boy picks up Dagger with his TK and moves her to K8

2) "I see one of them. Let's show them that we're serious about this!" Dagger runs to I11 and makes a running psychic blast at Namorita. 9 atk. vs 17 def. Needs an 8. Roll is: (6,4) for a 10 and a hit! (not a bad start!) Namorita takes 3 penetrating damage! Dagger will give 1 point to Vance and take 2 herself.

A flash of light leaps from Dagger's outstretched hand, tagging Namorita's leg, temporarily overwhelming her with the warm empathy of Dagger's light. "Got her!" Dagger smiles back at Vance. "Thanks for the assist!"

free) "I really should leave these kids to their own games, but hey, it looks like fun!" Spider-Man grins to himself, leaping to M9 and picking up a HO on the way.

free) "Let's not get overconfident here. If Night Thrasher considers them potential members then they must be very skilled." Firestar offers before picking up Cloak and advancing. Firestar flies to O7 and places Cloak in P7

I swear I already posted this...

"Who the heck is Dagger?" Robby Baldwin muttered, unable to see what was happening from behind his wall. What he could see though, was the dark miasma that was Cloak suddenly appear above Namorita.

"Rita!" Speedball shouted, bouncing a few times before slamming headlong into the hero, checking him into the wall.

1) Speedball lunges to Row K (It doesn't really matter for my purposes), before charging to O-18 to smack Cloak. AV 9+2 (Teen) on DV 16, needs 7. Rolls 11, and SS is 2. That's 3 to Cloak.

Doesn't really matter here, but when using Lunge with Charge, you charge first and lunge afterwards, just for the record (so it goes move, lunge, attack)

New Warriors: Turn 3

1) "C'mon guys, stick together here, they're picking us apart!" Marvel Boy shouts, as he picks up Spidey with his TK, moving him to I9.

2) "Thanks for the ride Marvelous Boy!" Spidey shouts back over his shoulder before turning to face Darkhawk. "And who are you supposed to be then, the amazing nightglider or something like that?" Spider-Man throws his HO at Darkhawk. 9 atk. vs 17 def. Needs an 8. Roll is: (6,6) for a 12 and a critical hit! (GAH! Play nice Spidey!) Nighthawk takes 3 after toughness from the crit and is then slammed back into the wall for one more for a total of 4 damage! Spidey will share two of his points with Vance.

Spidey flings his manhole cover like a discus, slamming it into Darkhawk's chest with punishing force and throwing the young hero back directly into a quite unyielding wall! "Ooh, sorry about that!" Spidey winces under his mask. "Sometimes I just get too competetive!"

Would a Critical Hit increase the damage of a thrown object? I know it doesn't with Mind Control, but would that carry over as the 3 damage of a thrown is stagnant? I don't know the wording off hand, but I trust your judgment

The only thing a critical hit won't increase is a "No damage" attack like Mind Control. The damage value used in the attack doesn't matter at all as a critical hit simply adds one to the damage dealt so it works fine with thrown objects
