It's probably (I say behind a firewall) an update of Wizard Magazine's list from about 4 years ago. Unless Quesada's on it. Then it's new, and I approve.

Dr. Doom should always be #1, then the list can go from there.

I think Doomsday should be lower. I mean he did kill supes!!!

How Thanos isn't in the top 10 is beyond me.

We're saying Bane is better than Thanos? Really? So, Bane broke Bats' back. Whoop. Thanos wiped out have the UNIVERSE, just to score a chick.

Yeah, I don't know who wrote this article at IGN, but they do not know $#!+ about comics!

Because Thanos is a rip-off of Darkseid.

I'm trying to figure out how Leader isn't number one. He's so bad, he's 62 & 63.

In looking at the list, and ignoring the fanboy in most people, I'd say rather than determine order we should decide whether anyone's missing from that list that should be there.

My guess is someone who watched a lot of batman, spider-man, and x-men cartoons when they were a kid then spent a night or two reading wikipedia.

I can see in the top 10 without a doubt (maybe even top 5), but not number 1.

Red Skull is the number 1 villain. It's not because he killed Cap, it's because he's everything Cap represents. His story is a classic rags to riches story that if it were about some American capitalist we'd be cheering for him. Instead he's a nazi.

Also, Dracula isn't on the list. I'm slightly offended.

Bane and Doomsday should also be higher up on the list. Other than *that* one time they haven't done much else in the comics.

Otherwise I can see where they're coming from.

The question about these things is always who's going to be number 1: Joker or Dr. Doom. Everything else is a drumroll.

I think Amazo & Ivo should kinda go together. Starro I concur on.

I'm a bit sour on Skrulls as of late. Pre-2008, we're good though!
