As I thought, since object now modify your damage value, you can't pick up an object if it will modify your damage over 3.
OH.. and you can't modify your damage over 3.. sorry.
I contend that I can pick up the object, and perplex my damage all I want. Will it alter my damage value? No . But I retain my ability to hold ghost objects
