1) "Really? Well, let's see who dares approach." Umar waves a hand before her and renders herself non-corporeal. Thrusting her chin before her, she strides effortlessly through the clutter of the back room, and the very wall itself to K-6, where she lurks behind a manican.

2) "Come Estaban. This time I will brook no interference." Morgan Le Fay grabs Diablo by the shoulder with her left hand and they both lift over the floor. With nary a sound they fly out of the storeroom and into the hall beyond. Morgan lands at M-6. She tosses Diablo behind the jewelry kiosk at N-6.

Morison's Vission of the X-Men

Turn 1

Emma Frost looks over her children and spider-man. Spidey I know you always show up on X-Missions but, I am just taking my children out for a training exorcise and some shopping. Why are you here?

Never fear you friendly neighborhood spider-man, or woman since my mutation made turned me into a teenage girl, is here.

With that many a group of customers come running out the doors screaming monsters. AHHHHH

Emma: Everyone follow my orders. Children stay together. (Leadership roll is a 5 success)

Spidey: I will be a team member. Spidey shoots his webbing into the ceiling and with great agility he leaps over a group of shopping running into her and swings into the Barnes and Nobles book store. (She copies brotherhood team ability and free moves to Q-14)

1) Celeste and her sisters' eyes glow white and as one the 4 sisters float over to the malls entrance. (Celeste uses hive mind to increase her movement to 8 - 2 for carrying and she carries phoebe and sophie while moving to P-17. Q-17 & Q-18 for her sisters. (Esme moves to P-18 free move)

2) I will come up with a victory plan Emma says as she walks to K-20 and contingency plan gets a token.

1) The Wendigo pushes to attack the jewelry kiosk, loosing its fury upon the flimsy stucture -- attacks the HO in N-6, destroying it. The Wendigo takes 1 click for the push.

2) "Hmmm... The interlopers are all women. In fact, I believe I am the only man in the whole complex. I've often had dreams that begin like this..." Diablo wanders over to P-14. "A red and blue spider girl? That costume is repulsive. Still, it shows off your curves well enough."

"That man is a scoundrel." Umar clears.

"He is a dog." Voica spits (clears).

3) Calypso weaves her way through the clutter to L-5. She leans across a large metal bin marked 'Clothes for the Homeless.' "Yes, but that mustache really is quite striking."

"He is altogether dastardly. But his powers are strong. Do not mistake him for a fool." Morgan smiles (clears).

Free) Diablo withdraws a vial from a pouch and uncorks the stopper. A orange smoke wafts from it. "Here my dear, try some perfume." He thrusts the vial at Spider-girl -- outwits her Biometric Field.

Emma: Girls go find spider-ahh girl, he ahh she needs you in the book store. (leadership roll is a 6 success)

1) Sophie: Showing off she says: "I'll do it mom." With that the cuckoos eyes turn white again and there hair stands on end flowing wildly. Sophie's blank gaze turns onto the book store wall and at once it is incinerated. (using her hive mind she increases her dmg to 5 and shoots the wall at Q15/16)

2) Esme: Spidey shall defeat the vial man. He has nothing on Mags. (she moves to Q16 pushing, she then perplexes spidey's dmg to 3

3) Spidey: Ohh MILF, He thinks to himself as a image of Emma comes into his/her head telling him the plan. Hmm thats odd my chest is tingling. How odd being a girl. Spidey ponders. Attack already while we have the advantage Emma booms into spidey's head. Ohh right spdey says.

Hey purple weirdo don't you know that purple only looks good on Galactus. Here let me show you. Spidey grabs a copy of hardcover Fantastic Four omnibus volume 2. Can't see I will give you a loser look. And with that spidey grabs diablo by the back of his neck and gives him a full facial of Hardcover comic. Slapping him right in the face.
(Emma uses contingency plan to increase spidey's to 11. Spidey attacks diablo 11av on a 17 def roll of a 9 hits for 3 dmg. Spidey pushes)

Yeah, I figured she'd find a way to bite me.

Disciples of the Darkhold Turn 3:

1) "Well, it seems our foes have little respect for Diablo's power. Come, Calypso. Let us have a better look." Morgan Le Fay grabs up Calypso and flies to J-11. She sets the voodoo woman by the corner wall at K-10.

2) Umar frowns and then edges up to K-8.

3) "Well it seems the youth remain the same in any time. Ill manned." Diablo walks away from Spider-Girl. Break away roll is -- 3, fails. Calypso draws forth the Yoruba Spirit drum, which instantly begins to throb with supernatural power. Break away reroll is -- 6, suceeds. As it was meant to be. Diablo turns his back on Spider-Girl and walks away to M-9. He takes no damage from the push due to Willpower.

4) Voica stomps towards the fountain at L-11.

The Wendigo casts aside the timbers of the kiosk (clears).

Calypso smiles, setting the Spirit drum hovering in the ait next to her (clears).

I don't think you can do that with emma's move. You can't give contingency plans in the middle of an action, which is what you're doing essentially. What you're doing is deciding a move action and then before actually moving, you're using the CP tokens. You'd have to give it before and she can only move a maximum of 5 squares. Since it'd be CP +2 to 9 and then half.

I know people keep saying replace then modify, but that's only during a combat or action situation where modifier powers are activated during the action (ie ESD, Combat Reflexes, etc).
