It's the most recent Friday Scenario played on the Avengers Battlefield map:

All out Hand to Hand Brawl!

Introduction:
Feel that range is too prominent in the game? Well how about we take that element away for a match or two. Totally away! It's a face to face slug fest! No hiding in terrain and no Hit and Run! So put up your dukes and let's fight!

Set Up:
Both players build 500pt. teams

Rules:
No character can make a ranged attack.
No character can use range based powers at range. TK, Outwit, Perplex, and Probability Control can not be used at range, but you may use them on yourself or on a character you are adjacent to.
No hypersonic attacks.
Objects may not be thrown.

*Characters on your team may have range, they just can't use the range to make attacks or use their ranged based powers.

"Yes, Dr. Connors, it will be yours, and there will be meat for all. Now, let us be getting on our way."
"Wait," Sabretooth sniffed the air, "A familiar scent. Cage...and Spider-Woman...are here close by. Get ready for a fight!" Sabretooth licked his lips in anticipation.
"If they are here for a fight, we will oblige. No weapons and no shots to be fired, Stilt Man. We can't be detected by Reed Richard's sensor net."
"Just my style." said Victor Creed..."Let's get this done."

The arachnid duo skittered across the debris, joining the two bruisers.

"What's the matter, punch like a girl?" the Knight taunted the armored, pistol bearing macho punk hiding behind the pillars toward the back.

"My gun's jammed. Be around in a minute," came the sneering reply.

I just thought of something.....the scenario rules say no hupersonic. I'd bet that applies to M&A transporters as well, so I'm not using that ability for Black Knight this game. You're up!

The motor roars, the man yielding the sword charges for the stone, cold killer. The sword 'whiffs' through the air.

"I'll get him!" the green beauty shouts out, grabbing the nearest hot dog stand and charging the green ugly. With a bang, then a whimper, she yanks off the lizard's tail (but not like that). "'Ssssssokay. It'll grow back," he hisses.

Paladin the padded wonder looks at Spider Woman...."I will if you will!" Quickly they run to fill the holes in the line as Power Man and Iron Fist come from behind to brace them (but not like that).

1) Black Knight charges Tombstone, 10 on 17 with EW for 3.

2) She-Hulk charges Lizard, picking up the light object at M-14 and charging to N-17, 9 on 16, need 7 for 4, gets 8! Lizard falls to click 3/7.

3) Paladin to M12

4) Spider Woman to O12

5) PM&IF to N13.

"Do you know how strange you are?"

The villains tried to come to grips with the enemy, but Luke Cage and Danny Rand were parrying every blow at just the right time.
"They are everywhere! We can't hit nuthin!" Said Tombstone.
"Stilt-Man, will you please deposit that heavy object where it can reduce the Heroes effectiveness?" Octavius spoke to Stilt-Man. Stilt-Man stood frozen, unmoving. "Huh?"
"HIT THE GUY IN THE GREEN PAJAMAS WITH THAT CAR!"
"Oh, sure. Hydro! Watch out, I'm comin' through"
Hydroman gushed to the side out of his way.
Stiltman charged in with Doctor Octopus on his shoulder. He threw the half of the car he was holding down with all of his might on Rand. Cage got most of the blow.
"How's that for a sweet Christmas present?" Octavius laughed.
"Listen Mutha, I'm gonna shuv that right down your cracker throat!"
Sabretooth chose his moment to strike Paladin, leading with his claws and sending Paladin sprawling
"Mmmm...your blood smells good!"
Tombstone and Rhino both looked at each other. Black Knight's shiny sword looked pretty scary. "Let's hit 'em!"
They both struck, Tombstone missing but Rhino taking a mighty shot that send the Knight back in pain.
The fight was on!

1) Hydro Man breakaway with Plasticity. Needs anything but a 1. Roll is a 2 (whew). Moves to L-12.

2) Stilt-Man carries Octavius to O-10 and charges to N-11. He strikes at PMIF with his Giant ability. 10 (from Octavius) on 18 for 5. Roll is a 6,2 for the hit! 5 to PMIF, 1 push to Stilt-Man.

3) Sabretooth charges to L-11 and attacks Paladin. 10 in a 16 for blades. Roll is a 4,4 and blades roll is a 4. Lots of 4's there. Paladin takes 4 damage and is knocked back to M-16.

4) Tombstone attacks Black Knight. He misses with a 1,2. 1 push damage to Tombstone

5) Rhino attacks Black Knight. 10 on a 15 for 5. He hits with a 4,4. Black Knight takes 4 damage after toughness and is knocked back into the map edge for an additional 1. 1 Push to Rhino.
