This entry into my "replacement" HeroClix Legionnaires has a bit of historical irony. Long ago (2004?), before there was any sort of bonus (or even recognition) for playing theme teams, I would play a 300-point team of "Teen Titans" based on the Cartoon, using the Bandai toy figures as replacements.
A key to making that team competitive (and fit at 300) was to use a HT Robin and a Veteran Chameleon as Pterosaur Beast Boy (flight, Wild Card, general better stats). In the modern game, those stats are really not that impressive, but it has a good move value and a few tricks available. One thing it doesn't have is the Teen keyword.
These days, with my interest in playing assorted LSH lineups..and with a desire to take advantage of the theme teams (mainly for map choice and Ordinary Day cancelling power!) I almost exclusively rely on the "Teen" keyword to make LSH squads...so five years later (how is that for an ironic LSH reference?!) Beast Boy gets to return the favor and loan one of his "Teen" keyword versions to serve as an upgraded Beast Boy:

At 86 points, this figure is really no bargain, especially when compared to "true" LSH clix figures from the starter set. It does have some things going for it:
A long dial with the Titans TA
the ability to potentially break Invulnerability on almost every click
At 86 points...he can Warbound up to 172 points (not quite Origins Supergirl, but past Experienced Valor) or down to 43 points.
No activation click (instead opening with a 5-move charge that can destroy terrain)
The figure is (sadly) missing the Shape Change power, which we've seen can do wonders for modern defenses (Cyborg Superman, Metal Men), but he isn't the only one missing it (ehem, Xplosion Mystique)
I think there are plenty of other good "Teen" options for Chameleon boy as well, many of them are more budget friendly:
AA's Kid Devil has a shifty dial, with early leap/climb as a "Flight Ring". The 4-range/Psy-Blast seems out of place tho.
IIRC at some point in LSH History Chameleon Boy was using healing (or at least medically diagnostic) powers, if so the Crisis LE Donna Troy is a viable choice. Her power set varies enough to represent a shape-shifter.
The R/E Changelings are good low-cost options, but they will be hard to use effectively with such shallow dials fronted with activation. It would be better to rationalize the Rookie Hawk (or even the Rookie Wonder Girl from Origins!)
I was sad to see that only rookie Wolfsbane is a "teen", and that the Duo Hawk and Dove weren't teens. Neither has a very 'shifty' dial, but I'd have liked the options.
Sinister Rookie Spider-Man: Has the WC & Shape Change. With Super Strenght & Incap it can show his ability to change size or tie down an opponent. Plus he's inexpensive enough to not be a focal point of the team.
Vet Trickster: RS & the WC TA? Shape Change? Flight? It's all there.
AW Charcoal: One of the many pieces I was unable to come across from that set. But his dial does change around enough to fit the character. Plus his TA is versatile enough to assist his team.
WizKids GamePlay, "You can only play our game if you buy the new stuff. Those old figures are dirty and obsolete."
