I read today once again the reference to a sticky in the old WK forums regarding LOF and movement.
I started checking all the documentation I had because I remembered that I had copied it somewhere.
Here it is, I didnīt wrote it so I donīt take credit.
Itīs a great post, simple and clear, thatīs why I saved it.
I hope it helps as it helped me :D

Movement and LOF Diagram
Sorry this is a little choppy, but the WK forum does not allow you to code diagrams anymore.
X B 2 X X X X X X
X 1 B 4 X X X X X
X X 3 F 6 X X X X
X X X 5 F 8 X X X
X X X X 7 H U X X
X V X X X 9 H Z X
X X X X X X Y B X
B = Blocking Terrain
H = Hindering Terrain
F = Figure
1-2: Movement blocked, LOF blocked
3-4: Movement allowed, LOF blocked
5-6: Movement allowed, LOF blocked
7-8: Movement allowed, LOF hindering terrain modifier (HTM)
9-U: Movement stops from hindering terrain, LOF HTM
Y-Z: Movement stops from hindering terrain, LOF HTM
(Note on 3-4, 5-6, 7-8: If any F is an opposing figure, a figure coming from V would have to stop at 3, 5, 7 or X respectively unless it was using L/C, Phasing, Serpent Society TA, HSS, or Flight. On the next turn, a successful breakaway in 3, 5, 7 or X would allow movement to 4, 6, 8 respectively and beyond.
Also, note on 9-U: If the figure is using L/C, Phasing, Serpent Society TA, or Flight, it ignores hindering terrain on movement and will not have to stop.)
EDIT NOTE: changed description Y-Z so it reflects the changes in the new rules book.

hey i am fairly new to the game...well haven't played in tournament but bought a bunch o clix and tryed to play with friends but was confused on LOF issue. In your diagram lets use the first F which represents a fig. But lets say 2 is also a fig can you shoot at the figure from where your first F is?

Nope. The B is blocking terrain which the LoF will pass through.

You posted a message on my page, but I have no way to answer you except for here.

You are asking if the bold F's can draw LoF.
They cannot. The LoF passes through the red B, which is blocking terrain.
