With Lockjaw, can you use Phasing/Teleport in conjunction with Double-Time?
I'm thinking no, as Double-Time is a move action and P/T is a power action?
But it works just fine with the Move & Attack Ability, which cannot use P/T?

Here's a question I haven't been able to find the answer to.
If a character using Double-Time moves off hindering terrain, do you double the speed value first or do you halve it first?

Does it matter? Last time I checked, any number that you double and then halve (or halve and then double) ends up right at the starting number.
I suppose technically, if they are both happening at the same time (and since you didn't post the text of Double Time I'm not reading it now) then both effects are at the same time and therefore it is up to the active player.

You could use the Move and Attack ability with Double-Time. Due to Double-Time, you just couldn't make an attack during it. You would basically use M&A so you could move through squares adjacent to opposing characters without stopping.
