HoT is on the way & I just wanted to know where people are going to play.

I know the Comicbook Shoppe (228 Bank St, Ottawa ) will be doing Saturday Tourneys, is there any other games in town?

Hey guys just wanted to share what I've found so far from the venues that used to host events for us.......(I've added in the old start times until I hear the new ones, then I'll edit them out)

Comic Book Shoppe 2 (on Bank) will be running events starting this Saturday Nov 21. The old start time was 1:00 pm In addition, Shoppe 2 also has battle royal nights that typically run on Thursday nights starting at 7:00 pm. In addition to that addition on Nov 18th there will be a brick/case opening party for all of your trading/yay heroclix is back needs. Should be fun, sounds like there will be about 6-10 cases cracked from the playes. Oh and an early start to the gathering people will start rolling in 5-6 pm from the sounds of it.......if a game gets played at all it would mostl likely happen around the usual 7 pm.


Comic Shoppe 1 (on Clyde) will be running events and should be starting next week on Friday nights. So Nov 27th would be the first one back. The old time was 6:30 pm starts.

Hobby Center/The Cave (on Roydon) will also be running events on Sat starting next week. Nov 28th would be the first one. The old time was 10:00 am starts.


Wizards Tower......I haven't heard back from just yet.

Comic Book Shoppe 2 (on Bank)

Has already started running their HoT events and you can find their schedule here. Normal Events are Sat 1:00 PM and battle royals are Thursday at 7:00 pm.

Comic Shoppe 1 (on Clyde)

Will start their events on Dec 4th. The old start time was friday at 6:30.

Hobby Center/The Cave (on Roydon)

Will also be running events starting Dec 5th. The old time was 10:00 am starts.

Oh yeah, there are lots more Ottawa players, just not any other Ottawa venues.

Just wanted to post about the WoS brick opening night this Thurs, the 9th.

I think people are going to start trickling in earlier this time (I heard 5:00-ish, I think) Should be fun, the last two have been. I know a bunch of the regulars are really looking forward to it.

If you're around stop by, with all the clix being opened it's much easier to get you highest wants (at least) if there are 10+ cases worth of figs to trade with.

Is ther anyone in Ottawa that can get my trade back from this scum bag. I will make it worth you while.Let me know what we can do.This make us Canadians have a real bad name.

I live in kemptville about 1 hour away from ottawa. I go downtown to the comic book store on clyde to buy my figs

Ever have any luck? I thought I read he gave a fake address.
