Does Submerged Feat on Namor stop Cap's Deflection from working on Namor
If Namor/ Tempest or other aquatic symbol figures are in water and use the feat Submerged, does that stop Smokey Foot Cap's power? Does it mean that his line of site is blocked and he can't range attack them?
With so much water on the map I'm thinking of using SI Namor and Tempest, giving both Submerged feat.
I would rule it in favor of submerged for logic and rage for this Captain America SP ... But unfortunately "only by" is too much strong to go against it ...

However, the starting point needs to be found in an official Heroclix document, not the so called 'real world'. That's where some people get lost...
