I am pretty sure that Batman has to be on the elevated terrain to gain his special stealth power. right now he is on the ground, so I will let you move batman somewhere in the elevated terrain or somewhere else.
I'll post this on the thread to see if I am mistaken.

I looked up in the rules forums and it seams that everyone agrees that You use ES/DS for splash dmg.

My team took more dmg then yours in that turn sad, I had to keep trying though with the terrible rolls finally someone hit, but my chances of winning are now pretty slim.
Batman outwits sinestro's invulnerability
Robin perplexes batmans av to 11 (I should have perplexed down sinestro;s def but it does not matter with my rolls)
1) batman throws a batarang at sinestro 11av on a 18 def roll of a 4, sinestro ducks out of the way
2) Robin leaps over to using flashbang, this allows him to use smoke cloud. He uses his tear gas grenade to create a smoke cloud on I15, J16,17,18. Targeting sinestro with Stunning Blow 10av on a 18 def roll of a 2 crit misses, robin drops the grenade on himself.
3) Flash with hypersonic speed runs up to sinestro rolling a 4 sinestro ducking easily then he runs to K22
4) Hawkman trying not to waste the outwit makes a sucididal charge to K19 attacking sinestro 10av on a 18 def roll of a 9 finally hits for 2 dmg. Feluwelt’s Justice League of America (home)
