Seems that SI is reporting that Roy Halladay is going from the Jays to the Phillies, while Cliff Lee is going from the Phillies to the Mariners.

They also signed Marco Scutaro. Jays were stupid to let him go. He's a great player.

He's a good pitcher, not a great one.
On a Top team he is a 3 at best (like Boston).
Most teams would slide him in at the number 2 pitcher spot.
Great pick up for Boston, but not really enough to put them over the Yankees.
If he was, he would be the Yankees #4 by the time the first day of free agency ended.
