Okay, so, does anyone know if the Blue Beetle co-feature will be continuing in Booster Gold?
The two Blackest Night issues had him guest-starring in the main story, instead of in a co-feature, and it looks like in the new solicits for March the Blue Beetle co-feature is not mentioned at all in the summary of that Booster Gold issue.
I enjoy(ed) both series' and felt that Jamie was slighted in the backup stories. I wish Geoff Johns was still writing Booster. I feel as if nothing has REALLY happened everytime I read booster gold now. I liked it when Johns tied booster into past/future continuity.

I mean, I was only reading Booster Gold because of Blue Beetle, but I hated the Booster Gold comic, and didn't feel that the co-feature was really worth it.
Now I can save money by dropping Booster Gold and not feel guilty!! =D
I guess I'm the exact opposite. I've really enjoyed the Jurgens-penned issues of Booster Gold. Good clean fun. But while I'll always have a soft spot for Blue Beetles in general, I've never been able to get into Jamie's character or his stories at all. So color me Gold with the extra buck I'll be saving, I'm sorry the rest of you are feeling Blue.

When it comes to Superman and Batman, Grant Morrison is nothing but a 50's cover band in a 70's psychedelic funk style.
Ditto! Make Boosters book about Booster gold. This whole backup thing was tried before. Actually, pretty much ANY time they want to justify price increases they add the "2nd feature". Luckily right now though, if the feature doesn't work out they pull it and make it 2.99 again. Historically they just reduce the page count and keep the higher price. So hopefully this is a change for the better.
I'm still miffed that JLA went to 3.99 and didn't really ad anything but a couple more pages of "story".
"Green Arrow," "Booster Gold" and "Doom Patrol" will all lose their co-features moving forward and will return to a $2.99 price point.
I'm not surprised that Metal Men is getting dropped from Doom Patrol because nobody -- and I mean NOBODY -- has written Metal Men worth a damn since the 1970's.
Just look at the first Doom Patrol backup. They NEVER write Platinum (Tina) correctly, because apparently nobody understands the distinction between "flirty" and "slutty" anymore.
I'd rather see the whole thing dropped than done poorly.

We've decided to move Blue Beetle out of that series, and he'll be moving into another book in the new year – but neither as a co-feature or in his own starring title.
Yeah, too bad it'll likely be Batman:The Brave and the Bold

Upon the launch of its First Wave titles in March, DC's "Doc Savage" series will include a "Justice, Inc." co-feature,
Not surprised. I honestly didn't think First Wave as a whole would ever see the light of day until I saw the Batman/Doc one-shot, and I knew damn well that Justice Inc. wouldn't get their own book (though I'd hoped otherwise). As it stands, I give the Doc/JI book six issues tops and predict that the whole First Wave thing will be gone in a year (with the possible exception of a single Batman-based Elseworldsish title remaining).
